No. You're thinking of Shabbatai Tzivi who is the officially recognized jewish messiah. He was around in the 1600's, preached the current jewish doctrine that evil and wickedness are holy, told jews to infiltrate Christianity/Catholicism/Islam for the purpose of committing atrocities in the name of those institutions while undermining and subverting said institutions.
