Otherwise solid indy/alternative track.
Would really benefit from better production (a little reverb, delay and added volume).

Just posted another new track off our upcoming album out later this month. Any feedback would be great, I always return your comments to your SC page directly! Will be looking through the thread and leaving comments where possible.
In Nitocris I was expecting a guttural scream to come out would be nice if you added that, other than that solid track listening to more now. OP here tell me what you think of my track?
Cheers dude, unfortunately I do not have a guttural scream in me haha. Your track is pretty sweet, really like the second half where it gets catchy and the guitar work is solid also.
much thx Mista!
Got any music to check out?
thanks man!
We have just started putting live versions of tracks from the latest album together

Would love to hear this with a little more post production and some percussion of some sort, even just a cheeky shaker or something - other than that a wicked tune, I like the changes in mood across the song
Top visuals, wickedly weird, hypnotic and mesmerizing - looking forward to the album!
track linked in OP
also here's an instrumental if you want to check that out too
like the track dude you guys seem to be enjoying yourself too which is cool
oh didn't knew it was OP.
checked out the instrumental
again, much potential there.
I like the organic loud/quiet dynamic
and the occasional foot stomping (?)
- invest in some better equipment and you're solid.

thanks man! getting better equipment soon

>tale 3 years of your life to release an album
and you end up with this, what a waste of time
so lame
aight, since we're sharing original shit i'm gonna throw up my last album. it's a few years old at this point, but i've been working my ass off on a new album that i hope to release in a couple months so fukkit
arvidthemusic.bandcamp.com
i'd appreciate anyone checking it out. sounds a lottt different than what i'm doing now but still figured i'd throw it out there
>lo-fi
>experimental rock
>think ween, r stevie moore, ariel pink
i like this - not really the kind of thing i listen to often, but the production sounds good for this sort of brand of indie pop - nice and airy and tight and really fits the sound. good work here, reminds me of REM at some points. keep it up
catchy and irritable
why did this take 3 years?
>1691▶

>why did this take 3 years?
probably because they are poor
I liked it man tell me what you think of my track OP here
This would be good for exploration or adventure games man nice stuff tell me what you think of my track OP here
Really catchy man nice summer music
here
This was very sick I thought, really great live performance and track was also sweet. Very talented group.
This was also really solid too, great track and production. Vocals were strong and a pretty catchy song, really recommended.
Really dig the lo-fi production for this, it really fits the style of the songs. Found them to be very solid and some cool songwriting also.
Will get to the SC pages and comment there when I get the chance. Any feedback on my track would be great also, thanks for the support so far!

this reminds me so much of early ty segall
I like the instrumentals but the vocals need mixing up a bit in my opinion, they're a very set style which is nice but I personally don't like the style don't mean to be negative

thanks man! you've got some really cool shit too. your vocals are perfect for this. the production sounds excellent on Nitocris, i'd love to hear a lil more beef behind the drums and i think with a little less brightness to the hi-hat and snare it could sit better in the mix, but that's the only critique i have to give to the track, it's really well done.

great, heavy shit
Thank You
thanky for the Rec and please keep doing what youre doing - you make beautiful music. Looking forward to the next release big style
Yeah I have been thinking to split into multiple personas/pseudonyms as recent productions are starting to branch even further from here and feel the styles need to focus in certain places otherwise it maybe too hit and miss with fans - also thank you for the feedback! Encourages me in my instrumental pursuits
>thanky for the Rec and please keep doing what youre doing - you make beautiful music. Looking forward to the next release big style
my bad - see above
It's based off a comic or something, but I think it's pretty okay.

Houston, TX. We make Non-Idiomatic Free Improvisation music that borrows from Folk, Indie Rock, Jazz, and IDM. We really enjoy communicating in the moment and letting out what we feel during a given jam. This is something we performed a few days ago to an audience of ~20 people.

Sounds like It wants to soundtrack a Million Dollar Extreme Video. Makes me feel weird. A+
Your aesthetic is really fun and meditative. I like the mix of high energy percussion and laid-back progressions. You take advantage of the stereo field really well too.
Very unique. I like how you take your time letting a song build. Your sense of atmosphere is really good.
Very polished and refined. You put a lot of work into this, and it shows. I'd call it a success. Great work. Love the energy.

My new album - Here Comes Everybody, is here. Taking inspiration from Finnegans Wake and drawing on influences such as OPN, Aphex Twin, Jon Hopkins, Tim Hecker, Talk Talk, Miles Davis, Tim Buckley, and many others; it's probably the best thing I've ever done. Would love feedback, gonna give some on here now - thanks x
nice background music the cover art is fucking dope too, Haromphreyld is my fave so far. What do you think of OP track? thats me
Something kinda Lou Reedish about it which is cool - just needs something more going on I feel. Might be better at a slightly higher tempo - I like it though as a sketch for something more

instrumentally it's pretty rudimentary but taken as a demo it's got a lot of potential. your voice has a nice timbre but you need to be more confident and sing from your chest and not from your neck. I like how it shifts into a more urgent section toward the end
Anesthesia has a nice energy behind it, something the other tracks don't I think, defo my fave one from you guys.
Instrumentally you're great, just on the other 3 I thought you could put more energy behind your voice like on the fourth track, but maybe that was the style you were going for so not saying that negatively just what I thought after listening to them all
OP here tell me what you think of my track :D

fairly traditional sound but really well executed, some nice organic textures and drums sound fantastic
ah thanks for listening man! very kind words
Thanks for the feedback, we're definitely looking forward to playing more fast/energetic songs in the future.
I checked out your track, I think the guitar sounds great, structurally it would sound way better with other instruments, stuff like layered acoustics would sound really cool imo.
