I quite enjoy their compilation album Posobie dlya nachinayuschih: Glas Sérebra, or Пocoбиe для нaчинaющих: Глac Cépeбpa.
It starts off with "Amethyst Deceivers," which will be familiar for listeners of Ape of Naples - it's quite a nice version too. The album focuses on the more ambient side of Coil's music.

Honestly, Musick to Play in the Dark Vol. 2.
That's my favorite album of theirs and it's not that far of a stretch from some moments on Ape of Naples.
The best tracks are: Tiny Golden Books, Ether, Paranoid Inlay, and Where Are You?
