Why did he only wear white socks?
Why did he only wear white socks?
I'm glad someone else is concerned about this
>they don't know
Why was he out in the middle of the desert with no water?
i read that white socks don't smell as much when you get sweaty feet
You keep talking I'm gonna take you in the back and screw ya.
he's a white man
He's American
Because he's a good American and likes to see his socks turn yellow after time
I only wear white socks and make a point to do it. Whats wrong with that?
In some states we do this literally any time we go outside.
Why did he choose this haircut?
broken foot?
let me guess, you guys hate this movie right? so god damn predictable.
on thing they had at the gettin' place
It's Sup Forums's favorite movie you fucking newfag.
nice try newfag, this board rarely talks about this movie
Why didn't he just go to the cops?
He wanted the money. Probably figured he would have to give it up.
>he wasn't here when no country first released
>calling someone else a newfag
Daily reminder that in the book Carson Welles finds a days old corpse of an old woman with her brains blown out the back of her head in a room in the hotel Moss and Chigurh had their gunfight at and the shot is implied to be from Moss' gun
Because he's a simple, red-blooded guy that doesn't put on airs.
When asked if it was okay that white was all they had, be assuaged the clerk's concerns by assuring him it's all he owns anyway.
I don't think he was wearing them to make a fashion statement or anything.
He was illegally hunting, and left a guy out there to die without calling an ambulance or anything.
The book explains it better, but it's implied he is trespassing and poaching whenever he pockets the loose shell casing after shooting the mule deer.
Nobody cares about your stupid fanfiction, retard
The book explains everything better. One of worst parts of the movie is the way they ruin Sheriff Ed Tom Bell. They completely eliminate the WWII guilt that drives him, and just have him as "generic jaded old man these young people are crazy"
>MUH CHILDREEEN
What did his wife mean by this?
sucks you dont know how to read, but dont go taking it out on innocent anonymous image board posters
>marathoning the movie
>Woody Harrelson shows up
>Think he's gonna be a badass bounty hunter equal to Antoine Sugar
>Shows up for 5 minutes and does absolutely nothing
get the fuck back to c/lit/ you fag.
so if chigur was such a fucking loose cannon, how did his coworkers and bosses handle him? How the fuck can he work for anyone if he behaves that way?
Also, who the fuck calls it a scroo-gee?
I feel like this is bait but
>Anton Chigurh
Silly anime poster.
Better in the book, his death is hard to read as well
>He did look away
>this board rarely talks about this movie
He only behaved that way because the people that hired him, also hired those other guys and he likes to work alone because he's autistic and just wants to get the job done and go home to watch anime.
black socks are inherently inferior
I remember you. Never got round to checking if this was made explicit in the film.
I took you to be saying Moss killed her intentionally first, which seemed far-fetched, but an stray bullet killing fits his character's narrative really well. Unintended consequences, a naive sense of being in control, etc., etc.
Do you think a bunch of murderous cartel fucks are bothered by the shit he does? They employ him for that very reason. They don't need to handle him, they tell him what to do and he does it.
I distinctly remember the hospital scene between Carson and Moss in the book ending with Moss looking at the pictures Carson took of the dead woman
>Antoine Sugar
kek
>In some states we do this literally any time we go outside.
not bring water? what the fuck are you talking about
Okay. Is that in the film, though? They should be kept somewhat distinct, at least in the sense that what's in the book, but in no detectable sense in the film, should not be criteria for understanding the film.
At least that's how I see it.
Thats The Thing
>this board rarely talks about this movie
Was that a joke?
If I ever find a huge thing of money, thanks to this movie I know the first thing to do is check for a tracking device because honestly beforehand I never would have bothered.
there are way better apps for that now, that transponder shit was ancient
