I want to get spit roasted by the new colonel and his son

season 3 when?

9/10 With some 10/10 scenes, I'd take one episode of this show over 10 seasons of Stranger Things. The way it portrays magical realism and the madness of the drug war in Colombia is incredible, the characters are likeable and all very human, there are no good guys or bad guys. This season does a great job at showing that in a war with crime there is no way to succeed without hypocrisy, without the criminals forsaking their honour among thieves, same goes for the "good guys" who often bring themselves below the law, twisting and manipulating it with questionable ethics. Carillo and Pena are the best examples of this stuff. Also S3 has just been confirmed.

how the fuck are they going to do a fucking season 3 without pablito

with others narcos

That won't be the same, the new one fucking sucks compared to pablo

I don't care about his family or goals

escobar had a fucking block named after him

you should take a look to another country

yeah but it's implied that they'll do it with the other guy as the villain

I'm happy because season 3 will have more Peña!

You're right, Escobar is such a corner-stone of the drug war that it will be difficult to make the show exciting when the drug lords are obviously less bold and active. But the Cali cartel who overtook Pablo's empire was definitely worthy, they were better criminals than him. Cali were clandestine business while Medellin was more audacious drug empire where everyone lives like kings and thinks they could take on the world.

>other guy as a villian
you mean the cia, because in that country there is a lot of fucked up things

Will gringo cop keep doing narration? Even though he wasn't that interesting in S2,his narration has always been great.

CIA is the villain. I hope they show how corrupt they are next season.

>no more murphy and pena
>no more pablo
> shitty watered down cali cartel

why bother with a season 3

:_; it hurts

Season 3 is just going to be a bunch of nameless dirty fat mexicans

How about no

Sounds like breaking Bad Season 7

oh....

who give the pictures to herrera?

I think because of Maritza it had overall better waifus.

Will Aidan Gillen be in it?

Unfortunately the cast another guy as CIA Bill.

It's great.

almost cried when escobar died

season 3 is definitely going to be the worst there isn't any likeable narcos left, but I'm still gonna watch it

kys

No

The dude that came to talk to him in this scene was his brother that had previously died right? He was imagining it? I really should re-watch season 1.

Yeah that was Gustavo.

this scene and the pig butchering scene were pure kino.

Without revealing too many spoilers, does the story end conclusively this season, or do they pull bullshit to stretch it out for another season?

Let's be honest, the CIA guys are fine but they're not interesting enough to carry the show on their own. Pablo is the star, and it should end with his death.

I thought Limon would have more interesting death, like getting killed by Pablo for being an incompetent pussy. Instead he just got gunned down like a sucka.

Pls no spoilers I don't want to know how it ends for my main man Pablo.

This season ends with a "Battle is over but the war continues" feel, it does feel very conclusive for its story and I expect the tone of the show to change greatly next season.

into s1 right now (e04): it's shit.
at least, talking of drugs, in the wire there's an experiment on a freedrug zone
here it's only the laughable war on drug concept, which is only a way for US leaders to kill kapitalism in mexico
while each and every banker in wall street and showbusinessman in hollywood is loaded with coke
everybody knows it.
laughable.
it's shit

Medillin Cartel -> Cali Cartel -> Guadalajara Cartel -> Sinaloa Cartel

that's how history was made, boys.

>CIA
how can you not have grasped by now that they're DEA? they only mention it in literally every episode

didn't mean to quote you above.

Why was limon such a dumb fuck? He could have killed pablo at the end then collected that fat reward. He still didn't even have a police record so he could have went off and lived a good life someplace else. But no, he sticks with autismo fat boy pablito until the bitter end because muh loyle to muh capo shit.

Fuck he pissed me off. He could have wifed based maritza but instead fucks up everything REEEEE

What was their fucking problem?

But seriously though, why would you ever want to be a DEA agent? I can only think of two reasons:

1. Revenge
2. Corruption

Better than S1 in my opinion. Pablo did nothing wrong ;_;

it was his cousin but the columbians call everyone their close with as brother as slang it seems

second best character in the show and they were very smart to bring him back in flashbacks

Not as good as Season 1 but it had my favorite episode.

tfw the person that should have died, lived

fuck la quica

Forgot pic

running and gunning would be fun if you were good at it

you probably can't imagine the adrenaline / power rush they get chasing sicarios over rooftops and alleyways

He was loyal to the end. More loyal than La Quica.

it's mostly filler shit, s01 should have had 12 episodes and it would have been better
you must be retarded

I really liked it, way better than S1 imo. Even Murphy was tolerable.

I wonder the show will still be good without Pablo though. Cali cartel seems boring af

also
>you'll never have a bro like Gustavo

He just got out of prison in 2015. Saw a doc on nat geo. He admitted to killing or ordering the killing of 3000 people and they let him out of prison.

fuck you too faggot

I want to fuck Judy

>2 (TWO) more seasons confirmed
It already felt like filler when Pablo lost his power, I can't imagine how they will manage two seasons of boring businessmen talking.

Renewed for season 3&4

You guys should read News of a Kidnapping if you want a good account of people who were kidnapped by the Medellin cartel.

wew lad

>the CIA guy is literally called Bill

memes are real

>boring businessmen
nigger, did you miss out the part where they mentioned the Cali Cartel was the one to introduce fucking beheadings and all kinds of exciting rekt shit to the narco world?

the fucking mexicans got all their shit from these guys.

>due to events in their fairly recent past, Germany has some of the softest immigration standards in Europe. If you had a pulse they tended to let you in.

I didn't realize German cuckery went back that far.

but they are boring, there is no likable characters left on the narco side, apart from maybe the fat guy who sold out judy but he is a pretty small player and you could argue he was only good when riffing off the dea agent

I need at least 6 seasons of Stranger Things desu senpai

S-she's gonna be in the next season, right guys?

They'll introduce new characters, Pablo isn't the only Narco in the world.

Why did the cali cartel kill Lion?

He did everthing they asked and was obviously a useful guy and good at his job?

>Pablo isn't the only Narco in the world.
Yeah, but he was and is the best.
Fuck Lion.

Even Murphy took a piss at them.

true, I downloaded ep7 and it had some faggot Spaniard as the narrator as well as some shitty Spanish dubs, original audio is best

If he betrayed Pablo for a better deal then he would've betrayed The Cali too once a better opportunity came up.

plus they just wanted to clean house of all Pablo's men so they had full control

anyone got any idea how they did that shit with his eyes when he was being strangled ? it looked so real

The show is called narcos, no pablo escobar, in case you didnt notice that.

And less or zero steve please.

Peña will be there. Did you see the last scene of season 2?

>Pablo playing with kids
>Sicario interrupts to give him bad news
>Pablo sighs
>Shoots police officers and blows something up
>Murphy recounts how this pissed everyone off
Every fucking time

You must be retarded as the general consensus on here and from what i've seen is that Season 2 is better than one.

And i agree.

Are the actors who play the colonel and his son actually related to each other?
They look really similar

It's based in a true story. In real life not all the bad guys die in a cool way.

I Think Pacho and that guy with the long receded hair are pretty likeable. We've barely got to know Cali cartel i'm sure they'll be able to pull it off.

I'm just amazed he lasted until the end. I thought he'd turn on Pablo or get killed early on.

He was too perfect to live.

This guy looked way more like Pablo, why wasn't he cast as him?

Maritza was a waifu and Tata had the best ass. I only could imagine fucking her ass while she gave me that angry look of "you are a mother fucker but fuck me hard" she use to give to Pablo.

Who was she? Can't tell with half her face covered up.

Should have shown more of Pablos brothers. He has 6 brothers and the show never mentions any of them.

Limon was pretty dumb

He joined when the cartel was already starting to fall apart. Didn't get to experience living like a king when Pablo was at the height of his power. He was basically there for all the bad and very little of the good

hes not fat and short

It's Tata

...

Iirc he was based on a homosexual lmoa!

He didn't know what he was getting into. Quica offered him a job without telling him it was Pablo, and after he finds out it involved Pablo he couldn't really just walk away knowing that information.

hated it, Pablo was probably full of anger, paranoid, deluded but for some weird reason the show decided he was melancholic.

Also, no one believes Carrillo was a bad guy, and they try to portray him as one but he only comes off as more badass.

Should I bother with second season if I found S1 bad?

I miss Poison

He wouldn't look as cuddly in a sweater

I think there is potential to make the third season just as good. It sucks that the 80's are over though.

The fourth season I'm not so sure about if it's gonna be about Mexico. Shitty people, shitty country. No way near as cool of a place as Colombia.

Trying to do a Mexican show right now can be dangerous.

>pls sinaloa cartel let us film in your land we portray you as the good guys just as we did with pablo

And then you will have rage filled manlets from guatemala upset with the show.

>some weird reason the show decided he was melancholic.

You'd be depressed too if the entire empire you built just crumbled down to absolutely nothing before your own eyes.

Pablo was no ordinary man, come on.

Just see el chapo, that man is less violent and smarter than Pablo, and both times he has been captured in Sinaloa (you know the place where will they look more for him) because he is a deluded manlet. Pablo walked to Medellin because he was a deluded fatass.

Yea, maybe. I just hope they keep the show mainly in Colombia.

Dont worry man, Netflix Mexico announced they are making a el chapo series.

They will probably introduce las farc.

Are you blind by any chance?
