Mostly just playing vidya.
>the a16 of 7dtd is finally out are you enjoying it?
I've enjoyed the hell out of it.
>i do
That's good to hear. It's a really good game.

You lucky im still awake also a question what is your favorite movie?
Found it on /k/ enjoy
touch.pixiv.net/member_illust.php

>what is your favorite movie?
I don't have a singular favorite. (this applies to most things) But, here are a few of my tops in no particular order.
Shutter Island
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Benny and Joon
A Beautiful Mind
Inception (kill me, it's good)
Little Nicky

Fuck I had a chance to watch shutter island yesterday but I watched seven instead.

>Fuck I had a chance to watch shutter island yesterday but I watched seven instead.
You should definately watch it, it's a great movie. One of the few movies I think get better on rewatches.

Would you take it up the ass for $1mil? Because I sure as fuck would.

It might be on again this week so maybe ill watch it.

>Would you take it up the ass for $1mil?
Probably not.
>It might be on again this week so maybe ill watch it.
Just watch it online.

Know any good sites?

What are the common misconception of Schizophrenia in your opinion?

would you fuck any one of your voices

How did you felt when the protagonist of the anime kissed your waifu?
And what did your voices told you to do about it?

>Know any good sites?
123movies.io/
Best site I know of.
>What are the common misconception of Schizophrenia in your opinion?
That Schizophrenics are all violent, or that we have multiple personalities.
>would you fuck any one of your voices
Short answer, yes.
>How did you felt when the protagonist of the anime kissed your waifu?
I dunno, I haven't watched it in a long ass time.
>And what did your voices told you to do about it?
Nothing

Hiya

hey schizo, last time i saw a thread of yours i was in Wales and the wifi was so bad i couldnt type. My question is if you would like to live without being a schizophrenic? are you used to it or do you like having it? thanks.

Hope your day is going well

>Hiya
Yo.
>My question is if you would like to live without being a schizophrenic?
I have wondered what it would be like to be "normal". But, at the same time, I like being me.
>are you used to it
I am used to it, I've been this way for a very long time.
>or do you like having it?
I don't like it, per se.
>thanks.
No prob

>last one I have
Thanks for link anyway why make a thread at 3:00 a.m

>How do you feel when the protagonist of the anime kissed your waifu?

>And what do your voices tell you to do about it now?

i implore for the long answer if that's alright with you, but i'm cool either way mate
thanks for the answer regardless

Do the voices keep you company like friends or are they more like an annoyance you've come to accept?
Which ones do you like and hate?

what do you think about the brony fandom?

>Hope your day is going well Thanks for link
Sure thing.
>why make a thread at 3:00 a.m
Cause I was bored.
>youtube.com/watch?v=1eOefd87-rk
>This video contains contect from Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.. It is not available in your country

I can get more gore from the website if you want it but are you fine with death porn?

>same questions

Her reaction

>i implore for the long answer if that's alright with you
The long answer would be no. There are a lot of variables to that question, not just the money is the only thing that should be thought about.
>Do the voices keep you company like friends
or are they more like an annoyance you've come to accept?
I wouldn't quite say they're like friends, but they do keep me occupied when I'm really bored. More often than not though, they're a nuisance.
>Which ones do you like and hate?
I don't like or hate any of them.
>what do you think about the brony fandom?
Those still exist?
>I can get more gore from the website if you want it
If you want to.
>but are you fine with death porn
It doesn't bother me, if that's what you're asking.
>same questions
Her reaction is perfect

After the kiss

Mmmm.. I dunno, I just woke up. xD

Why aren't you washing your walls right now?

>How do you feel when the protagonist of the anime kissed your waifu?

>And what do your voices tell you to do about it now?

Still waiting for it.

>I just woke up
Oh, well did you have a good sleep?
>Why aren't you washing your walls right now?
Why would I be?

Have you ever looked in a mirror and noticed that your reflection isn't you but has a life of its own?

Do you also have paranoia? How does that manifest itself?

>Still waiting for it.
Answers are still exactly the same.
doesn't make me feel any way, and nothing.
>Have you ever looked in a mirror and noticed that your reflection isn't you but has a life of its own?
I have looked in mirrors and the person in the mirror wasn't "me". But it doesn't do things by itself.
>Do you also have paranoia?
Yes.
>How does that manifest itself?
I don't know how to answer that?

Im finding some more gore for you. Another question what I don't really know much about your condition but are there certain things that can trigger a freak out or make life a living hell for you?

I did :D my room is very cozy

Forget the what was ever there it was mistype

Hi user. I don't know if you remember me, but months ago we had a conversation about LSD and talked about Inception and Shutter Island.

Have you seen Dunkirk? It was directed by the same guy who made Inception and Memento. I really liked it.

Does stress make your hallucinations worse, like it does for me? I've been kind of stressed lately by my job, and it's been pretty bad. I keep having paranoid delusions that stretch for days, I can't distinguish the voices from people talking around me, and when I lay down the ceiling is flickering and pulsating. I probably should see a therapist but I'm kind of scared to do so.

Do you have multiple types of voices? I have ones that seem like they come from people near me, but they're saying bad things about me. For years I didn't even know those were hallucinations. I also have weird angel-like creatures that come to me and speak in my mind, giving me weird delusions. None of them really have personalities, though.

Do you know many other schizos? This disease is so fucking weird.

Do you meditate? I kind of picked it up recently, and it's been helping tremendously.

Have you played Stardew Valley? I'm enjoying it, but I'm a complete noob to vidya.

How does that manifest itself?
>I don't know how to answer that?
What are you paranoid about? What do you do about this fear? What do you do because of this fear?
What do others try to tell you about your paranoid delusions?

Do you talk to them?
Do they hurt you?
What do they ask you to do?
How many are they?
Are they here now?
Do they allow you sleep?
Are they good to you?

Ever been to England?

>but are there certain things that can trigger a freak out or make life a living hell for you?
Mostly stress. It causes anxiety which causes paranoia which causes stress and so forth. It's a really bad cycle that is insanely hard to break.
>I did :D
That's good to hear.
>my room is very cozy I like your taste in movies BTW
You like a good psychology movie, too? they're quite fun.

Also
How old are you?
Where are you from?
What do you want to work/what do you do for living?

Care to make friends with someone like you (me) :)

When did the symptoms first start to manifest?

What were the first symptoms where you thought this might be something?

Was it slow or immediate?

Fun fact: in french "gerber" means "to puke"

>Hi user.
Hiya.
>I don't know if you remember me
I do.
>Have you seen Dunkirk?
I have not. I'll have to look into it.
>Does stress make your hallucinations worse, like it does for me?
Yes. Stress makes everything worse.
>I've been kind of stressed lately by my job, and it's been pretty bad.
Damn, sorry to hear that, I hope you get some down time soon.
>I probably should see a therapist but I'm kind of scared to do so.
Why are you scared?
>Do you have multiple types of voices?
Yes, I have 3 that are reoccurring.
>Do you know many other schizos?
I've met a few here and there.
>Do you meditate?
I used to, but not so much anymore. I find it much more difficult to get to that place where I can actually meditate.
>Have you played Stardew Valley?
Nope, I've watched some videos on it, didn't seem like my cup of tea.

Do you drink?

"Which would be worse: to live as a monster or to die as a good man?" :D Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind is one of my favorites and Little Nicky is awesome :)

>lurking while I get ready

How bad are the hallucinations, if any?
How are you handling it fren?

Sounds harsh last question tell me what's on your mind right now have any fears like reality is a illusion or a void of darkness?

>What are you paranoid about?
I don't have a singular thing. It's just whatever happens at the time. Sometimes I'm paranoid about people, sometimes I'm paranoid about someone breaking in, sometimes it's paranoia that doesn't make any sense.
>What do you do about this fear?
Usually just think about it until it drives me crazy.
>What do you do because of this fear?
It's not really fear, paranoia and fear are quite different. But it all depends on what I'm paranoid about.
>What do others try to tell you about your paranoid delusions?
Nothing, I don't talk about them.
>Do you talk to them?
Yup.
>Do they hurt you?
It happens.
>What do they ask you to do?
Usually nothing, I've been told to kill people though.
>How many are they?
3
>Are they here now?
They're always here, but they're not always talking.
>Do they allow you sleep?
Not always.
>Are they good to you?
One of them is "good".

Nice ass

>Ever been to England?
No, but I want to go some day.
>How old are you?
25
>Where are you from?
United States of Trump, specifically Florida.
>What do you want to work/what do you do for living?
I don't know.
>Care to make friends with someone like you (me) :)
Sure, why not?
>When did the symptoms first start to manifest?
I've had symptoms of it all my life, but they became more noticeable around 20.
>What were the first symptoms where you thought this might be something?
Extreme paranoia and hallucinations.
>Was it slow or immediate?
I don't know?
>Do you drink?
No, I don't like alcohol.

Yeey my Instagram is @obs3ss3d__ just hit me up.. Any of you seriously I like making new friends online especially on Sup Forums where you get to see really interesting people n shit...

>How bad are the hallucinations, if any?
Mine aren't too bad. They're not very common when I'm not psychotic, and when they are around they're fairly mild.
>How are you handling it fren?
Alright, I guess?
>Sounds harsh
It can be.
>what's on your mind right now have any fears like reality is a illusion or a void of darkness?
Right now, absolutely nothing.
>"Which would be worse: to live as a monster or to die as a good man?"
One of my favorite quotes from that movie. I adore Leonardo DiCaprio.
>Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind is one of my favorites
I love that movie, I need to watch it again some time.
>lurking while I get ready Yeey my Instagram is @obs3ss3d__ just hit me up
I don't use instagram.

The reason I hate therapists is probably not interesting, but I'll share it.

I first saw a shrink when I was 12. He told me I was either schizo or bipolar, and started talking about meds with my parents.

What he was saying about anti-psychotics made me convinced he was trying to hurt me. I ran away, got hurt, and had a confrontation with police that put me in a psych ward. I was nearly tranquilized there for just sitting in a chair unresponsively, and they made me strip every night to check for cuts. A lot of my friends got tranquilized, and I was forced to take some pretty nasty meds. The voices told me not to take them, which got me into some trouble.

I guess I'm nervous. I also really don't want to be on meds again. I know I can just say no to them, but I'm somehow worried that word will reach my friends/boss/whatever. I know I'm just being paranoid.

I ask about symptoms because I have some suspicions that I'm beginning to get some of them myself. I'm in my early 20's

That's good well good night see you next thread I might have more questions for you.

> first saw a shrink when I was 12. He told me I was either schizo or bipolar, and started talking about meds with my parents.
Jesus fucking christ. Giving anti-psychs to a 12-year-old? I can't stand Psychiatrists like that.
>What he was saying about anti-psychotics made me convinced he was trying to hurt me.
He was probably a dirty fucking shill and didn't care.
>I also really don't want to be on meds again
I don't blame you.
>but I'm somehow worried that word will reach my friends/boss/whatever.
The only way that would happen is if you told them, what with the doctor patient confidentiality.
>I'm in my early 20's
That's when they usually show up, if you're worried about it go see a doctor.
>well good night
good night
>see you next thread
See you around

Bump

Do you feel creatively inspired at times by your condition, art or otherwise? Or maybe limited or held back artistically?

Out of curiosity, did your voices talked to you about the sun?

Nice art, are you a boy or a girl? If boy would you post a pic? :3 or just your eyes?

>Do you feel creatively inspired at times by your condition, art or otherwise?
Yea, there are times when I feel super creative. It's usually with music. Music will just pop into my head and I'll create entire songs. But I have no applied skills with music so I can't actually create it.
>Out of curiosity, did your voices talked to you about the sun?
Not that I can recall.

>Nice art
Thanks, but I wouldn't call it art.
>are you a boy or a girl?
A boi.
>If boy would you post a pic?
The lighting in my room is terrible and I don't want to get up, or blind myself with the flash.

I confess OP, I'm not super familiar with schizophrenia.

An ex gf had an older brother that was schizophrenic, but he wasn't being treated for it and was like actually kind of insane. Fine some of the time, get kicked out of the house and try to force your way back in with a sword while screaming at the walls the rest of the time.

She and her whole fucking family are crazy (pussy was great tho), actually, but that's another story; the point is, my view is a little skewered, I'm biased against your condition.

What's a "normal" schizophrenic like, or at least a functioning one? Are you in that category?

What kind of madness are you faced at with times?

What's it like to have the voices? I'm assuming you didn't directly, intentionally create them. Was it scary to hear them at first?

How badly does your condition affect your life?

I might be able to answer this from the point of view of a different schizophrenic. It's a bit cathartic to talk about it, since 95% of the people I know don't know I'm sick. Some of them might suspect but whatever.
> What are you paranoid about?
The government is watching me, trying to find a reason to lock me up.
Google/Facebook/Amazon are microanalyzing what I'm doing and giving the data to the government.
People in my life are just trying to manipulate me, or don't like me.
I exist in a simulation or in some kind of divine test. Typically strange creatures enter my mind to tell me this.
I get scared that I die when I fall asleep, and a copy of me wakes up.
I hallucinate that people are talking badly about me, and it puts me on edge.

> What do you do about this fear?
I use a super-paranoid computer setup to protect against and detect intrusion.

I keep my social media accounts to a minimum.

I read some books about social engineering, manipulation, etc. to be able to detect it.

I've taught myself to be able to relax and make small talk even when noided.

I have a digital watch that I use to check whether or not I'm dreaming, since I have a problem distinguishing between dreams and reality. The numbers change quickly when I check it in a dream.

In "real life" I'm a programmer and compsci slave so people just think I'm big on cybersecurity.

Constantly thinking about how people would try to get you is actually a strength in some professions.

Nice drawing. I've wanted to draw the weird geometric hallucinations I see but I don't know how.

I really like Jung's studies and I try to gather data, that's why I asked.

Hmm. Then maybe next time. I have a thing for eyes and I want to meet the gaze of a schizophrenic.

>I'm biased against your condition.
That's only natural, I can't blame you for feeling that way.
>What's a "normal" schizophrenic like
Most are pretty mild, and just want to be left alone. Only about 25% of Schizos are as bad as you described.
>Are you in that category?
It depends on what you mean by "functioning". I'm not crazy all of the time, and when I am I'm not off the wall batshit insane.
>What kind of madness are you faced at with times?
The main thing is paranoia, delusions and voices.
>What's it like to have the voices?
It's normal for me, I've had them for so long.
>Was it scary to hear them at first?
I don't think I've ever been scared by them.
>How badly does your condition affect your life?
Pretty badly, I'd say.

Would be interested in your security setup. You just made me realize I kinda have regularly the same paranoid episodes

Thanks for taking the time to respond, OP. Enjoy the rest of your day or night or whatever, man.

>I really like Jung's studies
I really like Jung too.
>Then maybe next time
Maybe
>I have a thing for eyes and I want to meet the gaze of a schizophrenic.
I have been told I have a habit of "looking through the camera" hwatever that means.
>Thanks for taking the time to respond
You're welcome.
>Enjoy the rest of your day or night or whatever, man.
You too, friend.

...

...

There is nothing wrong with schizophrenia. Be proud of who you are.

Which concepts on Jung did you find particularly intresting/lively? I'd like to have your point of view since you can percieve things differently and maybe percieve some that regular people can't.

Let's go capture a loli and plan to raise it. Until one of us gets jealous of the other and hacks the other up into little pieces.

Ever play D&D?

>There is nothing wrong with schizophrenia.
I guess you could say that.
>Which concepts on Jung did you find particularly intresting/lively?
I really like the shadow concept. I'm not super well versed in his work, as I don't read. >Let's go capture a loli and plan to raise it. Until one of us gets jealous of the other and hacks the other up into little pieces.
Sounds like a fun ride.
>Ever play D&D?
No, but I want to.

This is eerily accurate. I always wear sunglasses outside because the sun causes me to see weird shapes and makes colors drift apart.
It's kind of like LSD but not as bad. I'm guessing it's because schizophrenia involves serotonin, which is involved in vision modulation.

I use Linux and open source software. I write some of my own stuff and use Emacs for just about everything.
I use a password manager and a bunch of Firefox privacy add-ons.
I'm too paranoid to put anything important on my phone.
I encrypt everything, and use two-factor authentication when I can.
Mostly I just read about different types of attacks and vulnerabilities.
The details aren't really too interesting, but Sup Forums has a lot of good cybersecurity threads nowadays if you want to learn how to protect yourself.

Thanks my man, I'm starting to see a lot of those tendencies in myself over the past year or so, might be worth checking out?

I like this, I make pretty similar art when I'm supposed to be note taking. I think I usually get a sentence or so into notes before I give up and fill the page with weird, freaky, or silly doodles.

>Sounds like a fun ride.
Indeed it does. There needs to be more people like you in this world, OP. :D

>I always wear sunglasses outside because the sun causes me to see weird shapes and makes colors drift apart.
My eyes have always been extremely sensitive to the sun. It makes everything seem really... fuzzy.
>I've wanted to draw the weird geometric hallucinations I see but I don't know how.
I just draw. I don't put any thought into it, I kind of turn my brain off and let my hand do whatever.
>Indeed it does
Maybe one day.

>There needs to be more people like you in this world, OP. :D
What, more crazy people?

I know focusing to read is hard, but you should try to read more about Jung. Can't your good voice tell other to shut up for a bit? I don't know if this kind of interaction is possible in your case.

>maybe one day
I'm diamonds at the thought. One can only hope our paths cross :P
>What, more crazy people?
mmhmmm They're not as boring

>I know focusing to read is hard
Harder than you can imagine.
>Can't your good voice tell other to shut up for a bit?
It's not really the voices that prevent me from reading.

I'm Jung poster and security question asker. Thanks for your reply, man.
Where are you from, out of curiosity?
