I was never baptised, I was raised with common sense.

In the current modern world of degeneracy traditional christianity would do more good than harm and probably keep the refugees out

What we REALLY need is a good, new pseudo-religion without a god but heavy emphasis on traditional virtues and a sense of unity amongst one's kind

Was never indoctrinated. No one has ever tried to force Christianity on me, I've never been to the church, I've never read the bible.
This is how it should be. Let us think for ourselves.
My parents are (probably) atheists and they hate niggers, and fags. They're not like American atheists who shove bananas up their asses and whine about being white.

noped out at noah's ark when I was about 8, got back into it when I realized the purpose of religions.

the ability for adults to take these stories as fact amazes me.

...

Never felt any real connection to it; even as a child, I knew that "praying" was just thinking to yourself. There was nothing listening to your thoughts.

Finally took a hard look at it around age 14 and realized religion was a huge pile of unsubstantiated, superstitious horseshit.

I think Christians should be looked down upon as ignorant and uneducated.

I think Islam should be outlawed and all Muslims deported.

I outgrew my fedora phase around 25. I was a late bloomer.

I have never been baptised and I was never part of the church. No, Orthodoxy is important to Russia. Stalin had to bring it back during the war because of how important it as. Major concession for Communists.

>Let us think for ourselves.
Soz broz, doesn't work like that in a society where a Judeo-atheist media and Education system doesn't let you think.

>christianity is equal to having your head squished into a bible
>islam is equal to having your head chopped off
>atheism is equal to getting hit by a rock in the head and then given a fedora to cover up your gaping wound
>judaism is equal to getting your dich chopped off

>Let's set objective moral standards for people to worship and adhere to
>But let's remove the one soul source of those objective standards

Ebin, Finland :DDD. Go back to making more Spurdo memes.

You don't have to pick who tells you what to think. Reject them all.
It's only in cucked Anglosphere and cucked part of Europe where rejecting Christianity equals sucking Jew Marxist dick.

>current year
>not being hindu masterrace

why do you think abrahamic religions split up so hard

its because they worshipped a god instead of the virtues

if the virtues theirselves were worshipped it would be impossible for the religion to split up

I think Christian upbringing is a great way to instill great morals in children. Like a moral Santa. And I'll raise my kids that way because even if I don't actually believe in a God, I do believe in good.

If Hindu is masterrace why are you not in Hindu India?

24 and still indoctrinated

Seen too much in my life and /x/ tier experiences to think any other way. Of course bananas are just going to say I'm hallucinating but that's not my problem.

Virtues/Sin are completely arbitrary and relativistic concepts, and God was merely used and is used to justify their objectivity by granting them a superior, divine source.

How difficult is this to grasp?

You could argue that some seemingly objective virtues exist, akin to diligence to grant an example, but even then, you must understand that the general masses aren't bent on living the life devoted to virtue.

Christian values >>>> The current dominant religion of secular morality and state worship

Watch Moly's newest video

I chose to be Christian and am the most ardent believer on both sides of my family.

Explain this.

>inb4 stupid
Only engineering grad in my generation, second engineering grad overall, generally score over 130 on IQ tests job places force me to do. For lurkers, I'm that Australian.

Agnostic master race.

There may be a higher power, but none of our earth born religions are it.

Our 'God' is most likely the thing that switched the universe simulation on.

Christian values are western ones with a religious twist. The greeks and romans had morals long before christianity.

Around middle school. You know, around the time you start thinking about things, or at least I did.

And yet in the late 20th Century Christianity all but died off in the West and now all these values are waning quickly

While they may not need to be tied to Christianity, it seems like they need something ritualistic and traditional to keep relevant.

>What we REALLY need is a good, new pseudo-religion without a god but heavy emphasis on traditional virtues and a sense of unity amongst one's kind

We have one is called Buddhism

Christian countries in Latin America and Africa are so pure and free of degeneracy. We definitely need to follow their lead :^)

>What we REALLY need is a good, new pseudo-religion without a god but heavy emphasis on traditional virtues and a sense of unity amongst one's kind
So, National Socialism then?

>Buddhism
>Not the epic asceticism meme that got way out of hand

I was a fedorafag from about 14 till 24. I'm so glad Christ and His people have forgiven me for being such an insufferable cunt.

Atheism is jewish

Somewhat this.
Once you really delve into the realm of the subjective and realize by default reality can't exist without a conscious observer, it becomes hard to take materialistic/atheism seriously. At the same time its always easy to see how bullshit organized religion be

This is true, I think there is a definitely a divorce and these countries are following the mythology more than the values

Plus they're all non-white so they're going to be worse by default.

I still think that a stronger religious focus would at least improve the white west compared to our current secular morality and state worship. I agree that Christianity isn't the complete solution. Especially now what it's become.

There are no reasons to consider anything a virtue, you retard. That is how atheism has killed the world, by removing any source of authority, good and evil.

Except no given that atheists in France, Germany, Scandinavia etc are almost invariably Leftist and many in Eastern Europe align with neo-Communist movements.

Atheism is a Jewish Marxist ideal. You do realise this? The USSR wasn't the world's first explicitly atheist country for nothing after all.

Traditionalist reformation of the church is necessary. It has become weak and feminised after the counter culture revolution of the 60's. Fucking boomers literally ruined the west economically and culturally.

Why do you blame Christianity for shitty parenting you received?

Probably about 17. Grew up Catholic. I never enjoyed being forced to go to church sometimes 3-4 times a week plus Wednesday night bible teachings or an additional Sunday night bible study. I finally told my parents I didn't want to do it anymore and since I was leaving to go to college, I wasn't going to church. I feel like I had little childhood because I was always at church.

I don't believe it should be outlawed, but I believe religion is a choice and one should be given the freedom to practice or not practice it.

Dad's and atheist, mom's a hippy that was raised Catholic, still believes it but left it up to us to choose whether to believe. I was baptized by my grandma in her kitchen sink as a baby, but aside from that, very little to no pressure from my family.

I ended up being a Christian and believing in God for a number of reasons. First because all of the friends that I still have today are faithful, it was always the atheists/agnostics that would stop talking or hanging out with people, especially if you were practicing or considering being faithful.

Second, after getting my degree in physics, I have realized that a lot of things just can't be explained. Many professors would have you accept certain things as fact without anything to back it up, like dark matter. An overwhelming majority of the mass in the universe is unaccounted for, so what do astronomers say? "It's all made up of something we cannot see, measure, or observe in any way, but we know it's there." There's a quote from Heisenberg that goes something like "The first sip from the glass of science will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom God is waiting." Most atheists like to act like they are so smart because they took and introductory philosophy or physics course and use the whole "hurry I only believe in things I can observe, like science cuz I'm so much more intellectual than you." Bullshit, if you bring up things like dark matter and quantum mechanics they stumble and make up some stupid explanation that doesnt make sense.

Cont.

>Atheism is a Jewish Marxist ideal.
That certainly explains all of the atheists that existed before Marx was even born.

Dubs spittin truth
Check it

I'm culturally an Anglican Christian but I have never believed in God. This means I can have good Christian values without being dogmatic.

Same

>I have frail limbs
>I have eyes that I think perceive the world correctly, but they play funny games on me every now and then
>I have ears that sometimes do not perceive sounds they should perceive and I have to ask people what did they say
>If I want to look at your bones I need a technological device.
>My technological devices are limited and their purpose is to serve my also limited organs
>But trust me, I know if there is a God or not based off the fucking nothing I can see
>There is no better way to approach reality, our minds are to be laid to waste because of our current limitations
>And I call myself smart because I'm thinking in such a stupid manner.

Fedoras, everyone.

>oy vey dese goys dont need no religions!
every fucking thread ever

Age 10, right after my first communion. Now age 27, I'm coming back. Fuck atheists.

I'm an Anglo-Swede

i grew up in a secular household and became a Christian at around 14.

no one forced me, and the world in general did a pretty good job at persuading me not to.

Which leads to point 3, atheists are a bunch of hypocrites. The majority (except those that I've seen on Sup Forums) are big supporters of any religion as long as it isn't Christianity. Seriously, ask any real life atheist you know how they feel about Christianity, and they'll give you a speech about how it's destroying our world and needs to be stopped. Ask them about Islam afterwards and their tone and demeanor completely changes, and they quickly say that we need to respect other cultures and religions, and only evil Christians destroy the world. They should be anti-Christians rather than atheists. At least Christianity has secularized to the point that it's compatible with western cultures, Islam is going to have a hard time doing that, and I personally think it's impossible. The newer breed of Christians have even accepted evolution as a part of reality, and many integrate it into the creationism idea (God kickstarted evolution, and took his hands off the wheel to see what happens), Genesis can be read to support that idea as well. It's mostly the elderly that keep tring to force their religion into the law, and most of the younger generation is sick of it and can't wait for them to die off.

I guess the biggest point is my last one, which is that my wife finally got pregnant and we are looking for the best way to raise our family. I'm not into the idea that you need to go to a building every Sunday to prove you're a good Christian, but just helping out at a church when you can is a great way to get your kids into youth groups so they can learn how to socialize, and get a good moral foundation. I did that through a good friend of mine and I think it's turned out for the best. It was a process for me, and a personal choice.

i agree with this user

and congrats on your new child. you're going to enjoy that, trust me

I was baptized as a babby. Ever since childhood, I didn't really feel that much about any religion. I prayed, yeah, but only because that was what I was taught and we have required old testaments and new testaments bible teachings in many schools here in the Philippines. Making confessions also didn't click with me and other religious activities as well. It's just not my thing. I also have stinking personality and I feel like such a plastic while singing bible songs about praises and holding hands with neighbors saying "bless you" even though I know neighbor X raped neighbor Y, neighbor A cheats on her husband, etc. It's so funny. That being said, I like that many religious people are nice and behaved (sans muslims and the other crazy obsessed ones) and so I try to integrate by also replicating niceness. I don't think Christianity should be outlawed.

Richard...? That you?

>Jews supporting Christianity

When has this ever happened?

Thankfully that group is dying out, most of the younger Christians seem to be able to see that the stories are mostly allegorical.

I beleived, prayed to dead family members at night, and had a strong sense of god & heaven. Then at 9 or 10 when I turned into an edgy lilkid I started questioning everything but had no answers. I only brought up atheism to see if someone could give me an answer or prove me wrong but deep down I beleived.

Then around 20 I started putting extreme amounts of thought and research into the occult and science and maybe a dash of schizo and I had a realization and came back.

>tfw all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves

Why thankfully tho? Some of those elderly are our relatives, ya know..

...

Right idea

All mainstream Christians support Israel and open borders for white countries. Why wouldn't they?

All my friends and family are catholic I personally find the religion incredibly stupid, the more i think about it the less sense it makes.

because the jews are of the synagogue of satan

You're making a lot of assumptions there.

>I personally find the religion incredibly stupid
Catholicism is retarded to the brink, but please pretend you are still catholic or our country will end up like pic related

i was baptized as a catholic but it was just a cultural formality, i thought religion was bullshit as a 9yo already

my dad was pantheist (though he probably didnt know the word)

my mom used to believe in all sorts of voodoo esoteric nonsense (though she's a schizo so no surprise)

at 12yo i was an edgy atheist who liked dawkins, now at 21yo i'm kind of pantheist as well

i dont think christianity should be outlawed lol, it'd be an infeasible undertaking

I meant for their ideas, religion should never be a reason for making any sort of laws. Those people will never have their minds changed either, they are set in their ways, it's partly their fault that we have no particle accelerator in Texas, the thing has been dug out for years and it keeps getting stalled. I'm pretty sure the original reason was because they were scared ot would open a portal to hell. Tons of jobs and opportunities for scentific advancement gone because some old people take the bible too literally.

>In this moment, I am euphoric. Not because of any phony science, but because I am enlightened by my faith to the one true master of the Universes, Lord Yahweh, protector of Yisrael and the twelve tribes

Learn the difference between an/and prior to having a child. It'll help in the long run.

Nice try shlomblatt.

Now answer the question: when have Jews ever supported Christianity?

And Christians work for them, willingly. Christians do more damage than atheists do because Christians have more power, money and influence in society. US evengelicals and the pope are more important and powerful than Richard Dawkins and bananaboy.

Insane in the membrane flag

You have some homework to finish for tomorrow, don't you?

>pantheism
The far east had it right all along

Thanks anons, we are super excited for the baby. Shopping for baby stuff is some of the most fun/emotionally positive things we've done this year. Note to all anons who might get a woman pregnant: it is hard living with a pregnant women, especially in the 2nd half of the first trimester when it's all just hormones messing with them. It gets better after that but man those months are hell. But I can't wait to be a dad!

Sorry, typing on a phone. It likes to auto correct an to and a lot when I type fast. But I do get what you're saying, thanks b0ss.

It will make more sense to you.

How can you read Dawkins and be a pantheist? I'm pretty sure I remember him or Hitchens saying pantheism was the most stupid form of theism. At least Christians and Hindus and Muslims have the excuse of being indoctrinated as children. Pantheism is literally the most unscientific 'muh feels' kind of theism.

I was born in a strict catholic family, we went through all the rituals, communion etc buy that's all they where to me. Sermons made me sleep or most of the time I would just want the birds flying around in the ceiling of the cathedral and the statues and idols really just freaked me the f out.
When I came here to Australia my mother introduced me to some mormon missionaries whom shes said healed my brother's high fever by prayer and laying their hands on the top of his head and I was like yeah whatevs. Well to cut a long story short I went through the discussions with them and got baptised first by water and then by fire, the reception of the Holy Ghost. Two of the most awe inspiring and miraculous moments of my life. So basically there is nothing anyone can do or say that can convince me God isn't real. If you pray to him and allow him to enter your heart through the power of Holy Ghost there is nothing he wouldn't for you. And I mean this literally. and its not instantaneous and not always the way you imagined but he has answered ALL of my prayers and questions in one form of another. Through him you will unlock more knowledge about the universe that you can read in all the books of this world.
I leave these things with you in Jesus's name.
Amen

So why not give it a try user? What are you afraid? That he might actually exist? Then you would have to account for yourself and everythign you have done, thought and said woudlnt you.. we all do, I'm no angel.. Im here aren't I? But that's what the sacrifice of our saviour is for, Jesus our bigger bro has your back, he will forgive you if you but ask.

Confirming the paranormal experiences are what kill my doubt. I doubt somewhat often but then I realise I'm some uneducated dipshit trying to argue against thousands of years of theology delved into by monastic monks. So much more to the bible than reading at face value

...

Do you understand the concept behind pantheism?

At the age of 12, i.e. when I started using my own head. A Buddhist atm.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with Christianity, it's just that nobody knows how to use it.

There is literally no concept behind pantheism. "I think there has to be some creator of the cosmos because science hasn't given me literally every answer yet. I just FEEL like there's a god."

Buddhism is not ascetic.

about 7 or 8, upset a vicar when I laughed at the concept to his face.
I bring my kids up to be free thinkers, my oldest daughter believes in God, my youngest at 7 laughs at the concept, had to tell her off once for literally mocking her older sisters belief, I taught her that people are entitled to believe what they want but if it infringes on you then you can speak against it, that's so she doesn't become a fedora 'Atheist'.
Wife never mentions what she believes in.

No. Pantheism is believing that the cosmos/universe itself is equatable with God. The logic being in mythology god is giving credibility with manifesting creation. On the same note, all life is birthed and sustained by the universe of which we are intricately apart of and unable to exist without. Therefore, reality itself is 'god'

"Brother, you say there is but one way to worship and serve. If there is but one religion, why do you white people differ so much about it? Why not all agree, as you can all read the Book?" - Sogoyewapha, "Red Jacket", Senaca 1790

>>why do you think abrahamic religions split up so hard.
Vatican greed. East Christianity stayed unified.

Please do not offer my god a peanut. Thank you and come again.

which book?

And those got rotten to the core by the 2nd Century BC.

It seems societies resist only 400 years, then they die do to decay.

sounds like a made up name

>Mormon

Nice try.

AC*

Raised atheist. Taught to seek my own road.
Now Christian. Sat in church right now.

Christian here. Really not a fan of the Jews. But wouldn't mind living in Israel. Mostly white, as well as getting some Jewbo pals to back you up. Would be good. But not a fan of Jews in general.

Ah well.

i was going to church school and at around 12yo i figured out those "authoritative" figures were full of shit and so was their book.

i still believe in god, and i believe the bible sets some good ground rules, but it's an outdated book. all the bible does is personify god, which is a concept that doesn't fit into the framework of an entity that's comparable to a human, but it's the only way you could explain it 2000 years ago.

you forget to mention jewish girls have gigantic tits

>you forget to mention jewish girls have gigantic tits
Bullshit

parents were albanian communists who despised religion. im full orthodox christian now. Its common knowledge that any person who openly is proud of being an atheist is also most likely some sort of degenerate or lefty "progressive".

>Brainwashing
Nice b8 OP How much are you getting paid by Israel in trial of removing traditional family value control?
