Played EQ to 97 and 99 in Legacy and I've never regretted anything as much, the AoE is ASS. Sunder's actually stronk since they buffed it by 40% or something ridiculous like that.

I think 7 pierces from the gem is gonna be more than enough 99% of the time, and you don't need to get the passive nodes now either.

I had 3 builds in legacy
1 was a cyclone with the 2h duel wielding weapon thing which fucking sucked

second was an eq with the +1 curse chest and eventually a disfavour which I played after fucking the first one. I played that until I got enough currency to do another build

3rd was phs assassin bladeflurry with voidheart and shit. I disliked it and eventually just stopped since legacy wasnt all that fun
