Ye I'm just collecting a lot of money for my beautiful departure in this world.
Work fulltime as a software programmer, going really good. I just have to many
problems I can't get around, and been ignoring for years. The thing I long most for is freeing my spirit in a mass shooting. But where I live you cannot get a gun easily, and I don't want to kill random people. Just people who I know deserve to be put in the ground. And no i'm not talking about immigrants or black people or whatever.

Your desire for good targets, in combination with the fact that you've got a good job and probably a decent set of brains (albeit suckyness in the heart and soul department) suggests that a mass shooting is not the best path for you.
Take the vigilante option, and basically become a serial-killer of criminals that escaped justice.
It's a long and dark path, and definitely less cathartic than the instant release of a good spree, but it'll be more meaningful.
As an added bonus, it also gives you more time to maybe sort yourself out and be happy instead.
