Sounds like you are talking about getting a shitty useless philosophy or history degree
The degree itself is not very useful, but the school prepares you for a lifetime of work and learning. They instill the values same values into you that motivated the founding fathers. In addition if you do well you are pretty much guaranteed a spot at an Ivy. They reserve spots for SJC students because only 50% of students graduate. The program is extremely difficult and only the brightest make it to the end.
SJW's avoid it like the plague. It's literally a school where you study only the works of white men, many of them christian.
