It was taken down from deviantart. You need to install UI Hacks and the WSH panel mod first. Then, just transfer the fusion beta (and the fth file) from themes folder into the themes folder in the foobar director. Go to prefences (Ctrl+P on foobar), default user interface menu, and import the fth file.
