I want to get rid of my man tits for one because it's a huge confidence killer for me. Ive been told by friends that I have tried to look up work out stuff but it's all either confusing, contradictory or wants you to buy a 50 dollar booklet. So any help athletic Sup Forumsros? What's a good way to lose weight(mainly man tits), get stronk?

You've got very low testosterone, you'll spend the rest of your gym life admiring those with blessed genetics whilst you struggle to lower your body fat and increase muscle mass. Yeah 90% of getting thin is diet so start there. Eat more veggies, lean protein and less sugar. If you want to have fat make sure it is a good source like olive oil or coconut oil. Everything in moderation. Get some easy work outs in to prime your body and then work up from there. Pushups are an easy start, do 10-20 per hour for the whole day if possible and you'll really start to feel different after a few days. Walking into running is a good start to cardio, but cardio needs to be in moderation because it can stall losing weight too. Weight training is the go to weight loss exercise, but you need to know what you are doing or you are wasting your time.

Deadlift heavy for insane reps.
100 burpees.
5 50 yard sprints.
Do it every MonxWedxFri for a month. Eat right. then you should be able to pick a routine that works for you. ;) former football player future WWE superstar

go lift some weights dude, it's not hard. if you get really into it, you can supplement to see small increases in strength, muscle tone, energy and all that shit.

i've been a scrawny 6ft dude for most of my life, but when you start putting in time and effort in the gym you will see results.

Start a simple workout routine, something like 10x push ups 10x situps 10x dips ect. FInd something that works for you and stick with it and then add or increase reps.

that meal timing won't overtly hurt him, but having smaller portions more frequently throughout the day would be better for increasing his metabolism and better driving weight loss. OP, you just can't eat dog shit for those 6-7 meals per day, it has to be healthy meats, rice, a little fruit, cottage cheese or other small snack options.

Cool, second you need a routine. You look like a weak lil bitch, so you need to get some strength. Right go do some Starting Strength or StrongLifts, maybe even Google a PPL routine. You know how to Google right? Perfect.

But I know people like you, you want that toned look that you see in posters. Guess what? You're not gonna look like that unless you put in about a years worth of work, probably more. You need a good muscle base to get definition like that. So go out in the work, go look up the routines and see the exercises they ask you to perform, YouTube how to perform those exercises, and quit stalling. I hope you hit the gym, but you're probably not because you feel bad about yourself right now, but you'll be more content sitting your ass in front of the computer.

As others have said, cut the sugars and bad crap. Start small, like cutting out soft drinks, or sugary coffee shit.

That alone (if you would otherwise have had one a day) will drop you about 1 pound every two weeks.

Start with some exercise. Doesn't matter what, at the beginning. Enjoy biking? Do it. Jogging/walking? That's fine too. Any amount of activity will help you lose weight and feel better.

If you're afraid of the gym get some freeweights. You can do a good routine with a few sets of them. Getting a bench opens up even more choice in what you can do, and will make your life easier. Google freeweight exercises if you don't know where to start. There are even YouTube videos to show you proper form.

The bottom line is you'll have to make changes you can keep up and stick to them.

Not hard. Change your diet. Exercise. Most shit you would pay for online will tell you the same thing in different formats which is the common sense of make sure you are eating less calories than you are expending. Then you will lose weight. Simple.jpeg. Honestly though I would work out what your current calorie intake is first so you can see how fucked you are. Work out maintenance calories and then reduce from that. Alter every few weeks as your weight drops. If youre just looking to drop pounds no need to join a gym if you dont wanna. Just exercise more in general. Sit down less, be more active, stick to a routine. If you wanna do fitness stuff start simple at home, push ups, dips, squats calf raise etc and build up from there. Dont try to reduce your calories by too much in one go or you'll get ill so slow and steady and stick to a healthier cleaner diet. fuck off sugar, procesed foods, and other shite. Good luck.

so OP, in burger-measures I'm 5'10 and mid July I weighed 280 pounds. now I weigh 262.

you know what I did? I stopped heaving breakfast and I only eat between 12 and 7pm. and I eat normal stuff, not boring healthy shit that I know I couldn't continue eating. I'm not eating complete trash ether. normal stuff.
from 7:01pm to 11:59am I don't eat at all and only drink water.

I live in a country where the main meal is at 12 and my job allows having my meal at 12 aswell, so it works for me.
the trick is not only that I'm automatically eating less, but the 17 continous hours I don't eat help my body burn fat. I see it every moring - about half a kilo less every day. it's the easiest I've ever lost weight.
doing sports would accelerate the loss and I started skateboarding again, as I have fun doing that.

so maybe try it out.

for me loosing fat helps going ride a bike 30 minutes early just after wake up before breakfast. i dont know how it works but it is related to body metabolism, after ride i wait 50 minutes and eat normal healthy meal.

not OP, but biking didn't help me lose weight at all. I went full speed (18-21mph) for about an hour, 3 times a week and I didn't lose shit

propably this wont work for everybody. also depends of your diet in the all day. i prefer riding everyday, in the past i riding 1h-2h few times a week and also no results. smaller rides but everyday 6 am just after wake up, no snacks no coffee, just glass of water and quick ride. this is what make lose fat.
