Just found an old 60 gig hard drive, from the early 00s, back from when I first started using file sharing and bit torrent.
Anyone else keep their old hard drives and look back at all the files you downloaded years ago?
Figured I'd share this trip down memory lane. Posted some earlier, but had to head out for dinner.
Guess I was using Kazaa mostly for music at that point. Also Direct Connect off my school's network which, was huge thing on campus. I knew the guy that ran the school's DC Hub.
had a buncha Japanese films in my main share / video folder
plus a buncha random music videos and trailers and stuff in the main folder
Hell, I think I have anime that I copied off a friend's FTP server or off a CD they gave me from back before even Bit Torrent or Kazaa.

I have like 200 blank cds, most of them with no labels, with various files on them.
I also have a bunch of self burned VCDS of various early 2000 movies (most of them camrip from IRC) that can play in DVD players. I just laugh because it's stuff like Meet the Parents, Austin Powers 2, Charlies Angels, and the Jim Carry Grinch movie. Wtf was i thinking.

I have a pretty nice collection of porn pictures from Sup Forums back in the day. When I first learned about Sup Forums I used to save anything I thought was cool/sexy. Literally hundreds of classic porn pictures and gifs though.
I made sure to avoid that.
Well, unless it was cartoon loli porn from some Japanese anime. Then you need more Waha. Or the entire CG of Fate Stay Night for some reason.
Also got a copy of this classic in my torrent download folder.
My old Sup Forums and other Sup Forums pics are actually on a whole other drive that I have boxed away right now. I think this is all pre-Sup Forums stuff. Also seems to be a secondary storage drive, not my main C: drive.
