If you we're offered an obscene amount of money just to take a picture for a company, I'd GUARANTEE you'd do it in a heartbreak. If you say otherwise you are either
1. a kid, who has never had to worry about money in any meaningful way and doesn't know what they are talking about or
2. a rich kid, pampered by their parents, and thus sees fit to criticize others on how they get money

Besides, she isn't a 'sellout' for doing an advertisement. Being a sellout means you compromise the integrity of your art for profit. St. Vincent posing with a Tiffany Co. necklace is only minimally connected to her music.
