3. Go out all Operational Praying Mantis style, sink their ships, shoot down their aircraft. Though with the current Iranian regime this would likely escalate into a strategic engagement with Iran either attacking Israel (a major risk as Israel would probably retaliate with nuclear weapons), Western targets in the Middle East like Dubai etc.
