I haven't lived in Europe my whole life to really form an opinion, but judging by the music and television industry I'd say whites with brown eyes are the superior race. I only find girls with blue eyes sexy as fuck when they're like the ones in your pic (blue eyes, but with tanned skin, and brown or dirty blonde hair.)

Off the top of my head I can think of a friend and a cousin with green eyes. Green green, not hazel. And it's not really that common here.

It's not random, if one parent only has genes for brown eyes then the child will have brown eyes. There is however a 50% chance of the child recieving the gene for blue eyes which means that he in turn can have a blue eyed child.

The reason siblings have different looks is because the process of making a baby is literally half the genes of the mother matching with half the genes of the father.
However the 'halves' aren't always the same, every sperm has a different half as does evert egg.
So unless the babies are from literally from the same sperm (single egg twins) the siblings aren't the same.
If both your parents were half black you could get anything from full white to full black, theoretically.
