There is literally no way this is the case m9. They already play a lot of warmup matches in regional areas and aren't going to lose out on 20k fans extra a week to expand into a "regional" area.

A 3rd melbourne or sydney team doesn't make as much sense as a second brisbane team or WA team so that it can be promoted as another rivalry. A 2nd WA team makes the most sense because of timezones allowing double headers erry night
