Dr Doom I can understand, he just wants to rule the world because he thinks he'd be the best at it. But Kingpin is a blatantly evil criminal, Dr Octopus and Juggernaut are insane, and Magneto hates normal humans, he'd probably just be upset he didn't think of it first.

It's a testament to how out of sorts J. Michael Straczynski could be. All these years later and I don't think I've seen a more embarrassing professional work made a couple of weeks after the attack by someone else.

If you want an example of a good comic, check out The Vision. It's a somewhat philosophical drama about The Vision creating a family for himself and everything goes wrong.
