I still don't understand how you get your result.

I've seen the video you, or someone else, links but it makes no sense.

You combine the actors in Sqirlz Morph, but then how do you go about touching up/erasing the parts that don't morph/overlay properly?

Sqirlz doesn't provide layers, so the end result is one flat image, and morphing distorts the image away from the original face so I can't just layer it over one of the original source images either.
