>Legia Warschau - Ajax Amsterdam

:^)

CL is predictable but EL is just shit until like the quarter finals

Pretty much this

Allez Lyon !

Villarreal - Roma the only good match there.

>100 gorillion lbs to play in the yurope league

JUST

Tottenham to lose 1-0.
Poch needs to get out of this cup fast so he can qualify to get out next year.

You don't like seeing new teams and new players?

EL has some rare killer games

Fiorentina Gladbach
Roma Villarreal
Spurs Gent
Celta Shaktar

EL is underrated

Caroline???

Who /fiorentina/ here?

Villarreal - Roma will be a fun match

Too bad he can't play the EL with Lyon this year.

As an Arsenal fan I was very happy with the result last night. Get out of that competition quick so we can focus on the league and secure our first round exit next year.

No SC Braga this year, who should I root for?

Schalke of course

We have a Portuguese GK in Lyon.

Zenit

I never support German, English and Spanish teams, because they are current top 3.

I'll support Fiorentina because they have a portuguese coach, I like the colour of their shirts, and Florence is god-tier city.
I want to support one from Belgium too, they are nice and underrated, help me here.

Sparta Praga is a given, they have a cool name, and we need an eastern european team in the semis, and I sure as well won't support romanian minons astra, or zenit mafia.

Also Ajax because they need to be in a europen final again.

Fiorentina
Sparta Praga
Ajax

That's the Cadbury© Premier League spirit!

Honestly, this attitude is killing the league in Europe.

That's the downside to having such a competitive top flight. The only way I see English teams do well again in Europe is if they increase the CL spots given to England (like 6 instead of 4) or if there's new qualifying incentives in the knock-out stages, such as semi-finalists being rewarded entry to next year's tournament. Idk.

none of the 4 teams will even pass round of 16, why should they have 6 spots?

I agree with you. I'm not saying that a certain league should get certain privileges because its teams are underperforming.

I'm just saying that the only way I can see PL teams becoming relevant in the CL again is if the structure is changed. Not saying it should be.

Oh fuck I totally forgot Astra actually advanced.

Gent - Tottenham is a draw
ManU will win -1 goal
Israel will win because T*rks will pull 3 red cards out of their ass

Give me your tears gypsy

I agree with you, except I think the key is a return to a stable top 4. 2 of Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool have to fade away to 2nd tier.

Osmanlispor please win us so we can finally get rid of this portugese tard.

Central european ;)

the term eastern europe is oftenly not used in a geographical sense, but in a political sense that stems back to the cold war where everything behind the Iron Curtain where the Soviets had influence was refered to as Eastern Europe
Czechia also falls into this category

the mentality that the PL trophy is somehow more prestigious than the CL trophy which is just british delusion at work once more really holds back the clubs

A.k.a. Eastern European

I get what you're saying. But the fact that the PL trophy is coveted more is maybe due to the reduced risk involved in pursuing it.

If a club uses all their resources on the CL at the expense of the domestic tournament all it takes is one flukey game and they're out of the knockouts (see Barcelona vs PSG)
and at that point it might be too late to salvage a trophy in the home competitions.

By downgrading expectations in the CL it's easier to smoothen out a few flukey games over the span of 38 games with no knockout element.

But yes. With the amount of money flourishing in the PL these days it's very convenient to make it appear more attractive than the CL - especially when big market teams such as Liverpool and ,as of recent, Manchester united are often losing out on qualification.

Anderlecht 0 - 3 Zenit
Giuliano 14', 82', Dzyuba 40'
give me 10% after you use this information to win a fortune

>tfw >schalke managed to unfuck themselves over the last games, therefore reducing the chance of some prime >schalke happening

>Anderlecht
>Only shipping 3

You're being stingy again, Chaim

>schalke

First and foremost Olympiakos needs to get rid of Marinakis.

first for forza roma but I'm afraid we gonna choke bad
without involving memes, how good is villareal?

Wait a second..... Where is Sevilla?

Pretty good. Never underestimate the second echelon of Spanish teams, the likes of Bilbao, Villarreal or Sevilla could probably mess up any team in Europe that doesn't belong to the absolute top tier.

They've decided that they're sick of winning the EL for the 4th time in a row

EL > CL

They are not in a good form nowadays, but still a great team.

easy for saint etienne

you sure he played europa league games this year with manu ?

Will united win by 2 or 3 today?

I miss when portuguese teams used to get btfo from the CL to the EL. Such exciting times.

>Hapoel Be'er Sheva - Beşiktaş Istanbu

are fans allow to travel?

Ludogorets did too

Sorry mate I know about Copenaghen, I was just being unecessarily salty dont take it too personal

FCK had the most points out of all 3rd places with 9 and ludogorets only had 3

but FCK was in a really weak and shitty group so.. shame we didnt go through that was the biggest chance in many years

Post some solid sevens.

What the hell is this, Dimitri?

>all it takes is one flukey game and they're out of the knockouts (see Barcelona vs PSG)
Do you think that was a fluke? PSG dominated the game from the start, especially the midfield.
Kill yourself.
