No it should depend on whether they're good or not, or if they truly understand the role. The artists that you list may have high IQs, but they're not exactly great. Strangely though, Warhol, while he put out shit, he was also a pretty interesting artist and commentator. If his score is accurate then it shows that, at least in some cases, IQ isn't really reflective of anything substantial for Warhol had some original and incisive thoughts considering art.
