What can we expect from season 2? Will it be much worse than season 1, or based on we know already, does it have a serious potential to be as good as season 1 or even better?
We know that casting cal for Max, Billy and Roman is confirmed as legit, the old cast comes back too, but it is still not said whether El will be back or not. Will Max be Mike's new love interest, perhaps to replace El until she comes back? Will they make Will queer?
Also: are Charlie and Natalia really dating and is it true that the kids dislike Finn? If Finn fancies Millie and she hates him, will it hurt their dynamics on the screen, assuming that El makes a come back?

Finally got around to watching this. Great show and one of the very very few shows (or movies) that starred kids that could actually act without being weird or annoying. Second season will never be able to live up to the first. The mystery of everything is what made the season fun, suspenseful, and exciting. They already know about the upside down, and that the kid is alive, and that the monster was real. I don't see how they could make a second season come close to the level the first is on.

Well, the Duffers said that season 2 will involve self contained plot, much like season 1, and that it will be darker and weirder. Maybe they will come up with something new instead of carrying on with the Upside Down and Eleven. But I agree, season 2 will probably be much worse. You can kinda tell by the casting call the direction they are taking.
