Survive and replicate

Not all questions have meaningful answers. "What is the meaning of life" doesn't make sense.

It's like asking "What is the flavor of punctuality?"

Just because you can put the question together doesn't mean it has a meaningful answer.

Just because you can't find an answer doesn't necessarily mean an answer doesn't exist.

Survive, persevere and thrive. As you've always done.

Everybody knows that the flavor of punctuality is pizza.

Damn dude. Didn't you go to college?

The question "what's the meaning to life" holds a prerequisite assumption that there is an objective meaning to it.

So really, what people should be asking is IF there's an objective meaning to life.

If we were, for example, designed by a creator with a specific purpose, then the question stands.

If, however, we are the result of a beautiful, colossal accident, then the meaning each person has would be relative to each person.

If you ask me, there's no objective meaning to life, but there are trends that make people generally feel like their life was well lived.

THATS IT

The nature of an answer requires it to exist. Otherwise it doesn't so it isn't.

>nihilism has value

kys

What is the meaning of the meaning of life ?.

you didn't refute what he said.

The proper question is: "What is the meaning of YOUR life?"

>kys
your life does not have value at all
bitch

None applicable.

And just because you cannot incontrovertibly prove that an answer does not exist, doesn't necessarily mean that the answer exists to be found.

See how fun this game is?

No it isn't. There isn't anything improper about Op's question.

and?
>a nihilist implying it is supposed to

Go be a pseudo-intellectual somewhere else.

Nothing has intrinsic value; how are you meant to convey the notion that the natural value of living is a non-value in words without using the very words that sell the concept known as value? You can't. So inevitably you have to say that something has a fake/relative value that quite frankly, doesn't exist or isn't real or has no basis in whatever might constitute reality. A relative value, not a real one you need to take at face, value. If you find an existential/"optimistic" nihilist saying that something has value, you need to understand what that means with regards to the ideology. Otherwise, you'd also be a pseudo-intellectual for dismissing it as trite.

You decide your own purpose. You are sentient.
