quit hyping it im gonna be let down

COLIN KAEPERNICK IS BRAVE. COPS ARE PIGS COPS ARE PIGS.

aut right will get butthurt because it doesnt paint BLM as awful

liberals will be mad because it doesnt paint BLM as saints

thats how it should be

why would you watch South Park in this day and age? Youtubekino has surpassed it. South Park isn't edgy anymore.

>Spend 19 seasons calling cops racist, hyper-violent retards
>Now that the public is calling them that, make your first episode of season 20 about calling everyone retards for saying cops need to be held accountable for their bullshit

Watch a real al right show like Million Dollaar Extreme World Peace.

They already did such a episode last season. I think it was the one where the kids were dressing up as ninjas but everyone thought it was ISIS.

sounds kinda like Sup Forums

Sup Forums is anti-mainstream
thus, the views are volatile

I miss the episodes where they're just little kids doing stupid things

Original and insightful post by an intelligent and unique South Park fan over here

Like do you even watch the show that's literally what it is
Besides it's an election year loser

Blame comedy central. Especially after shit like family guy, they think 'comedy' just means flip-flopping between political camps. Episode after episode of Cartman being alt-right, and Stan and Kyle trying to be the 'voice of reason' on the best of days, and pic related on the worst.

Who's ready for the corporate overlords to have turned South Park into an official politically weaponized show like every other media outlet they have control over? I'm ready for Hillary.

I do not watch sports so I guess this episode will totally fly over my head? I do not recall and youtubers covering whatever nontroversy this is.

>racist, hyper-violent retards
You know the cops in South Park have always been shown to be the good guys despite this.

no, it's the flavor of the week hot topic explained by kids

Will they mention Brexit?

What? How? They're almost always the bad guys, to the point that other characters have to fix everything by the end while the cops pat each other on the back. They've literally dedicated entire episodes to shit like the cops trying to prove Michael Jackson is black so they can frame and arrest him for being rich, or trusting a kid in underwear to do their jobs for them, or letting a psychopath with split personality stay free to have a chinese restaurant, or letting a pedo go because it's a woman.

They're portrayed almost universally as the antagonists that have to be worked around.

Did you forget last season where the kids were just playing ninjas and everyone thought they were ISIS members.

Probably because you don't watch the show and should fuck off

Football quarterback Colin Kaepernick refuses to stand for the stand for the national anthem before games because he feels black are being unjustly treated in America.
Also grew an afro so people wouldn't be confused since he's half black.

Now some other black players are starting to do the same shit.

I consider myself part of the "alt-right"

The logic of their criticism is dumb.

You can still want the police force to act better while also wanting their protection. They're not mutually exclusive things.

Regardless, blacks are not being "oppressed" or treated "unfairly" by police (though police brutality as a whole, for any race, is an issue) and BLM was founded on the false media narrative that Mikey Brown was a good boy who didnu nuffin

they are being treated horribly, he is only being paid $114 million for tossing around a ball. If that isnt the white man holding him down, I dont know what is.

>Blacks are being treated fine because Muhammed Ali is making millions just for punching people in front of a camera.

They're protrayed as being completely retarded, not evil.

Looks fucking retarded.

>Consistently harass, beat, or outright murder people.
>Often let legitemately bad people go, while actively ruining the lives of innocent people
>Not evil.

I'm excited, didn't watch any trailers or anything, just glad South Park is back :3
Consistently the best show on tv

Tbf all the election episodes suck. Especially the episode where Obama just won

That's fucking gay

Hopes for this season?

Girl on the left > girl on the right

skanks/10

what time will the episode air? how many hours from now?

Didn't they say Reality will be back this season?

I love me some Reality.

ISIS episode was great.

>HAHA FUCK THE COPS
>OH NO
>HELP US COPS!

Also it was awesome to see Barbrady in a significant role again. Shit was depressing as fuck.

where is that? A South Park convention? I see the PC guy cutout or whatever in the background as well as south park trees.
13 1/2 hours from now

It's from comic con I think

the cops are really just there for a joke/set up for kyles epilogue
the Michael jackson episode had them openly stating they were planting evidnce just becuase they wanted to fuck with a rich black man, and ended with kyle saying "even if they did plant all that evidence (I.E. thats fucking retarded and the cops acting like this was just a joke) it doesnt excuse the fact that Mr. Jefferson needs to be held accountable for his actions and as a parent, which at the time Jackson was acting like an idiot with his own child
Or the teacher that was sleeping with Ike.
"Is she hot?...Nice!" just set up kyle for the "it doesnt matter if shes a women shes still a sexual predator bit"

the cops are really just a stand in for a jumping off point of context 95% of the time. then you have a rare w=one like with barbrady last season

>Barbrady shenanigans
>Rare
I mean, I guess in the last few seasons. He was in a large chunk of them up until a few years ago and he's not exactly a flattering caricature of cops. Trey and Matt always depicted the cops as assholes. They're just like Sup Forums though, and are complete edgelords that never left the highschool phase, so now that this particular joke lines up with public opinion, they have to pull a total 180 to maintain their edge, just like Cartman getting progressively more alt-right. He went from being just a kinda shitty and foul-mouthed fat kid to going full-nazi and the main driving force of almost every plot, with the only real consequence being his plans getting foiled by mere chance or Kyle fucking him over.

Watch how as soon as everyone starts getting really conservative, they'll flip flop right back into being liberal.

In the Jackson episode, they were clearly mocking people who think every cop spends all his time trying to frame blacks by showing how ridiculous it would be.

>Call cops hyper violent retards for 19 seasons
This isn't true at all though

...

That's a weird way of interpreting it. They were flamboyant about it, sure, but they were definitely taking the piss at cops for bullshit they are well known for, to the point that it's a routine gag that's stretched across several episodes.

You have incredibly selective memory. There's hardly an episode in it that involves the cops that they don't harass, arrest, beat, or kill someone that doesn't deserve it.

Hell, the 'best' cop they had was Barbrady, and merely because he was so incredibly retarded that he was oblivious to the world around him.

He's not wrong though. You're a newfag if you think Sup Forums is 'le alt-right XD'. Sup Forums is whatever the fuck they think is edgiest at the time. You clearly weren't here during Bush years.

I don't think they make any flattering caricatures of people. Almost everyone in South Park is a retard,.
Garrison is an awful person who performed beastiality in front of 8 year olds but I don't think they hate gays.
They mocked Christianity 15 years ago when the Evangelists were being silly and trying to ruin America and they are mocking the left for doing it today.

>>Spend 19 seasons calling cops racist, hyper-violent retards

They called them stupid. Sometimes they'd make a joke about racist violence, but the vast majority of time in the series cops are retards and being a cop is shown as being part of a big boys club (which is true).

South Park hasn't failed yet. 19 seasons gone and still standing strong.

Colin Kaepernick realized he was about to be cut from the team for poor performance and used civil unrest to get his name in the news so now they cant fire him without making it a social issue
ftfy

The point is kapperback is just as privledged if not more so than ur typical white guy. Who is he to feel like he has to speak to problems that dobt even affect him

They are an edge factory. They just do the opposite of whatever is popular at the time. Garrison was an asshole long before he was openly gay with the introduction of shit like Mr. Slave. The cops were always depicted as dumb, racist assholes out to start shit out of ignorance, power tripping, or boredom. Once being openly gay completely lost all taboo, they made Garrison a tranny, then back to a gay guy. They'll flop on cops because that's what's in right now.

It's literally all their show's 'enlightened' commentary ever is. Every single time. How many seasons do you need to watch until you understand the formula?

I just read the bottom of that picture.
>a cancerous place where you should stay
So... Sup Forums?

If you think Sup Forums isn't full of cancer, you haven't been here long enough. Sup Forums has been a shithole for the last 10 years. Now it's mostly porn and pics you shouldn't share, the real Sup Forums of 2004 is gone.

see
its literally about keeping his cash flow coming, if he was actually interested in blm and all that he would find another way to protest with literally insulting his entire country.
guess i know why im not a mutlibillioniare because social fiasco or not i would march on that field and hand him his pinkslip on camera

Some people care about others and not just themselves

>The adult professionals act retarded in the show
>Just like every other adult professional
I think you are conflating the idea that because the cops are retarded that trey and Matt were making a statement on cops.
What you are failing to see is that every adult in the show is basically shown to be retarded
So no cops were never shown to be great in the 19 seasons of South Park but literally nothing has been.

So was Ali. What does fame or finances have to do with facts? I don't even like the guy but it'd be fedora-tier edge at this point to really try disputing that shit. The guy is allowed to have an opinion, at the very least, if an idiot with no skills or experience can run for president purely on memes.

Everyone's stupid, but the cops are always way dumber, way more violent, and way more jerkish. That seems like a message to me.

>Things aren't messages when they aren't ones that I agree with.
Then you're new to South Park and it's constant flip-flopping to try and be 'counter culture'.

Ali was the greatest boxer of all time he can do whatever the fuck he wants. Like how clooney is the A-est of Alisters and uses his status to talk about the environment or some shit. Is it douchey? You bet it is but at least cloobey and ali had the status to back it up Capperback is just sone wannabe athlete lookibg to stir shit and its working

I think you are being way too literal about a satirical cartoon. I certainly don't think they thought OJ was framed and like this user said their opinions are usually in Kyles speech at the end of the episode. A weird(slightly autistic) way of interpreting it is to think they actually thought cops were trying to frame rich black men who were clearly involved in some strange stuff.

What time is it even on? pls include timezone

>Douchey
>Refusing a draft for a bullshit war
>In a country that considers you a second-class citizen and doesn't even want you there.
Fucking how?

This nigga gets it

nicccccce

In every SP thread there is a retard to post this.

Not even real kids are kids anymore, buddy

When compared to people like Elvis who went and fought at the peak of his popularity it is a little douchey even tho it was also duribg the peak of the civil rights stuff. In hindsight it was pretty bold and brave but at the time it was a dick move

that "some people" don't include rich niggers adopted by whites.

I fail to see how it's a dick move to not be conscripted to literally go kill strangers that never intended you or anyone related to you any harm, for a country that thinks you're sub-human, but human enough to kill and die for them for a few years because being pushed back into the shadows.

Dude wasn't the dick. The government was the dick. Everyone was in full right to refuse the draft because it was fucking stupid and had nothing to do with the security of the country or any not-retarded interests; To such a blatant point that people didn't even need hindsight to figure that out. Elvis didn't even 'fight'. Dude spent his entire career chilling in the states and Germany, and entered and left service after the Korean War and before US ground troops even set foot in Vietnam. Dude didn't fight for anyone.

They are portrayed just as retarded and in the same way as

Musicians
Teachers
Lawyers
Doctors
Atheists
Christians
Conservatives
Politicians
Black people
White people
Hispanics

You are experiencing hard confirmation bias if you think the cops in the show are portrayed any differently then the people above.
The truth is the only people they are harsher then normal on is Liberal actors
This is an undeniable fact and they have been quoted expressing this sentiment early on. I'm sorry this triggers you.
they have never "flip flopped" so much as they have always shit on everything but clearly go harder on liberal actors.

Yea you don't seem to understand. Obviously they are edgy but they've never had a clear bias against cops, they just use stereotypes for comedic effect, which seems to go right over your head, anyone involved in corporations, government or military are always shown as devious and corrupt because that's a common stereotype. Japanese people come to mind as another group they've shown in an over the top manner for comedy, so I guess you think they believe Japanese peoples sole focus is killing whales for no reason?
You seem to be taking plot points as the message of the show which usually becomes clear at the end. You're wrong just get over it.

Elvis didn't go anywhere near vietnam lol

Countdown here:
episodate.com/tv-show/south-park

>cops trying to prove Michael Jackson is black so they can frame and arrest him for being rich

Gets me every time

Is there gonna be a stream or somethin?

Elvis went to fight in a war that actually had a point

The fuck guys.

Entire thread about south park bad stereotypes and no mention of Canadians?.

...

>All these bootlickers ITT

Not an SJW by any means but American cops are fucking scum and should be criticized at every opportunity.

>should be criticized at every opportunity
Even when speaking at a funeral for cops who were gunned down in the street?

youtube.com/watch?v=vNReT-yZyIY

comedy centrist and shitpark are garbage.

Good call.

Wow it's almost like it's a comedy show

Do they even write jokes anymore? It feels like they just turn on the news and pick whatever they can write some kind of "satire" commentary over.

I'd gf the girl on the left
shag that one on the right though

>that tit envy look
i'm rock hard

Why would they change a format that works? Family Guy turned into wacky randomness and pointing fun at themselves (Also they made Peter a pedophile who has CP media everywhere).

South park isn't going to change a winning formula, CS won't let them.

Fucking show isn't on in Canada as far as I can tell

what do you only watch 1 tv show or something? what are you talking about?

Duh, Terrence and Philip is in the same timeslot, idiot.

In 2016 the jokes write themselves

>le nigger athlete didn't stand up for the pledge of allegiance
I won't be watching the new episode just because I'm tired of hearing about this shit. Who fucking cares is some faggot was """protesting""" for dumb reasons by not standing up?

>CS won't let them.
What the fuck is CS?

Cable is out until Friday. How can I watch this?

comedy show. satire and recent events due to quick episode production allows them to produce them.

in short, they're stuck in this because the current generation likes satire and recent events.
