>Korea

Why doesn't Korea have an animation industry of any significant scale? I like Korean films but I wanna see Korean anime.

we have even animation school,
if you see korean TV's in mid 2000's you can see a domestic animation FOR KID
and still making it but nobody gives shit
it's not moe moe kyung kyung stuff
but it's animation anyway

I want to see more animation that is 100% indigenously produced in Korea. Even china is starting to up their anime game and has quite a few works recently and no doubt many more in the pipeline. Manwa seems to be in no short supply so step it up.

Even Japanese animes are not 100% indigenously produced. Majority of their illustrations/animating are done in Korea.

full domestic list.
most memorable stuff was full3d 'iron kid' and Aachi & Ssipak in 2006
