Over the years (close to 10 I've been doing this) I've probably had in the realms of 50-60 girls do this for me.
In terms of cost, it's pretty impossible to calculate, but 1000's I paid for a plane ticket for two that got along with me really well to come stay with me for a while. Those were great times.
