Either try to make your compostion more complex and keep the simple sounds (example 2ho)
or try to make your synths more complex and interresting
tip at the bottom of the mixer pannel you can channel you inserts
try to use this on a synth
and give the diffrent channels diffrent effects to make it sound more interesting

messing around with analouge stuff is always almost guranteed to give you good sounds but i guess you dont have a midi port or any sound equipment so unless you want to get realy experimental thats pretty much out of question
