Well, with your new changes your current changes makes sense. Keep in mind that the import thing is being honest with your taste though! Remember what percentage you got last time? By the way, this new formula is slightly more strict (I went from to 77% to 67%), so now it should reflect better scores (because more than half were getting around 60%)
