How so? Wouldn't it be really hard to normal worker to pay double taxes from working.
You get something like the first $200k of earned income tax-free, basically, and 'earned income' in this case refers to income after taxation by the country you're living in.
Oh, and you also get a tax credit based on the amount of taxes paid in the country in which you reside, so even if you exceed the minimum taxable income threshold, you can still end up not paying any taxes.
