yesterday I got busted with 1 once of weed (2.5gram)
Cops fucking saw me buying it in the street and stopped my car half a mile later
long story short 1hour and half later I was walking free without even a fine (fortunalty I had not smoked for a few days and passed the saliva drug test)
this is in France, and I was wondering what would you get if you got busted with the same amount in your respective countries

Alabama is draconian as fuck. Anything weed related can get you put in jail and you will be a felon for life. Seeds, resin, residue, etc. Plus there's no first offender's law or youthful offender status for drug possession so getting caught with weed in high school fucks you for life basically.
I also live in the states (Pennsylvania) and would be spending the night in jail. Just goes to show how fucked our country is. We have people freely buying weed in some states and others getting locked up for it. It's decriminalized in some cities in my state, mostly the large ones like Philly, Pittsburgh and State College so it's still illegal but just a fine if you're caught with it.
In my state, anything less than 100 grams is like a $150 fine. You get a harsher punishment for having paraphernalia, which is a misdemeanor 1, than you do for the actual weed.

The laws are very strict and cops became more aware with the rise in popularity of no contact drug sales. Basically dealer hires some fucknut to go around the city and leave x amount of drugs in a hidden place, takes photos of the locations and gives em to dealer. After that you just buy it on tor and go collect it. I was busted on one of these deals, undercover cops were sitting near a popular spot and i just happened to be there. Those motherfuckers thought i was the "planter", they went through my phone but eventually they eased up.
So about a week ago I was caught with a few ozs of killer H the police had to cut open a locked bag inside and said they wanted the big fish and to meet up with them tomorrow when they call

I went to go drop off when I arrived to the apartment building everyone was evacuating because of a 'fire'
I waited for.the firemen to say ok safe to.go back in
I went in and it happened to be that the person I was seeing's propane torch malfunctioned and was shooting flames from the bottle so they threw it in the sink
Then someone hit it with an extinguisher
I went in there the entire room was yellow from the extinguisher just thought fucking retards and proceeded with my business

They took me outside
Went into bag and opened it found a locked back and cut it open
They asked how much was in there and I told them 2000 worth but it was definitley closer to 5
They took my address down on my ID but it wasn't my current I didn't tell them that though

ive had cops in huntington beach California give me my pipe back and just made me stomp the weed with my shoe, was under 18 at the time. You can get a med card at 18 without any proof of a condition and it lasts a year which means you can visit weed shops or have it delivered, even grow up 6 plants. We have a "legal" "medical" dispensary running in my city that sells to just about anyone that hasn't been shut down yet but is widely known even by the LEA's. Same thing happened a month ago and it got shut down pretty quick and my city's judicial system is a complete load of pure shit. It probably is. Happens with all cars i guess. The dislike also mostly comes from the fact that we had a renault before that one, and it would seriously spend more time in a shop than in actual working order. We don't have such fantastic luck with the french cars in my family. I prefer toyota myself. Never let me down. Only time it had a major issue was when some pricks stole it, destroyed the suspension, drove it in a pond and started a gasoline fire on the back seat. Needless to say it wasn't pretty.

So as far a weed goes, even though it's not legal they really don't give a fuck out. I'm after getting stopped before right after I smoked a fat fucking blunt and the cop straight up told me "I smell weed, you look stoned, are you under the influence? If so I have to do something about it, do you have marijuana in the vehicle" I said no and they were on their way. Weed is the least of their fuckin worries in this city.
