I lives in eastern Canada until I was about 14. Moved to the state's with my dad. High school in Canada had about 1200 people. New high school had 450. Pretty big culture shock. Told kids we used dog sleds instead of cars, just got electricity in 1992, clubbed seals, etc. I would say the public education system is much better in canada.
