Why is it impossible to speak German without sounding like an angry, sadistic death camp guard?

Now Imagine how german cuck sounds when he is talking to himself why nigger fuck his wife

Romance langiages are more beautiful than Germanic languages

"Mariposa" has more harsh sounds than "Schmetterling".

...

sounds too much like shmee and muttering

...

foreigners are too retarded to let sharp words sound smooth so they always pull this nazi accent thing because it's "funny xd"

german youtubers cater to it as well though, by pronouncing the words in the "le funny nazi xd" way.

that definitely isn't true though.

hehehehehe funny hahahaha

*Kloschüssel

i dont know, maybe because of the way english is but it is impossible to sound german words smooth.

> german youtubers
are usually betas with dialectless beta voices

These are comedy gold! Post more!

examples?
I guess they do it because they like to suck foreign willy for views.

You can also speak porn german. This includes a lot of moaning "Jaaa"s

...

>sadistic death camp guard

> cringeworthy guy trying hard to be funny
woah

Are you stupid for real? Schmetterling sounds harmonic while Butterfly sounds like a fucking ass-joke.

'Sonnenschein' is just 'sunshine' with one extra syllable.

That video is pure fucking cancer.

> luz de sol
L.O.L.

Schmetterling sounds very nice though.

Now this ....

agreed

...

ITT people comparing two romance languages and one who was cucked hard by latin with a germanic one

like I said. Sucking dicks for views.

2bh whenever I hear Germans speak in videos they sound airy and faggy, more so than many supposedly "soft" languages. Could just be a symptom of this though.

Foreigners cannot learn to speak clear German ever, it's just impossible. Especially Anglos. They will always butcher the pronounciation and the grammar.

it's luz solar here :^)

...

that's not even a word

Rude af desu. The people that only know German as a meme language maybe, but I feel as though I'm at least comprehensible

>schwimmbaden

comprehensible sure, but not native level

...

haahah meme

that's not a real word you retard.

Well no shit

Germanic "languages" are disgusting, good thing that English is going to replace them all soon.

...

German is the most awesome sounding language ever.

If you drop the tryhard military accent it really depends on the context and dialect. German can sound soft and jolly as well if spoken in a certain mood imo.

>not knowing English is also a germanic language

Germans are often rude. It's only fitting for their language to sound this way.

>WW1 ends
>Wilson begs allies to be nice to poor Germany, American investment rushes in to rebuild Germany in the interwar years
>WW2 ends
>Truman spends millions rebuilding Germany, sends American troops to defend their former enemies
>Soviets block western ground and water access to West Berlin, America risks war with USSR to supply West Berlin entirely by air with four planes landing every minute loaded with food and supplies
>Cold War ends
>Thatcher, Mitterrand, and Gorby all are against German reunification, but Bush convinces them to accept it
>Today
>Germany has the lowest support of the USA out of all EU nations and all NATO countries save Turkey
>American soldiers are on German soil pledged to give up their LIVES for a country that hates them
>meanwhile America nuked Japan and dropped more explosives on Vietnam than were used in all of WW2 but they still like America more than Germans do

it sounds descent beacuse it got cucked by French

What's the longest german word that can be used in communication?

don't listen to him.
you probably sound better than some native speakers.

gay pasta

...

English is a Germanic language forced onto the Celtic people that were then raped and outbred.

Personally I like to see the roots of a word. English just uses Latin words, Romance languages use Latin words, it just seems lame to me. Naturwissenschaften literally means Nature Knowledgeship so it's the "knowledge of nature". What does science mean? You have to look into a dictionary to see.

>let's put all romance languages together+German
>rofl xDDD German is sooo weird xDDDDD
It's natuurwetenschappen in Dutch btw

"Science" is just "Wissenschaft".
"Naturwissenschaften" would be "natural sciences".

No he's right. I've been learning for only 2 years so itd be odd if I was high level, but I dont understand his point. Native speaker is the highest fluency you can get, so no fucking wonder can you not speak better than natives.

german sounds beautiful, practically every image the spaniard has posted help prove this

>You have to look into a dictionary to see.
Well not really, since to English speakers it's a base word. An English speaker needing to look up the definition of "science" to understand what it means is like a German speaker needing to look up "Natur" to know what "Naturwissenschaften" means.

I agree though, personally I wish English retained more of its Germanic origins.

...

A kraken's house?

Natuurwetenschappen

Zonneschijn

Zwembad

Ziekenhuis

>America and not Britain representing English

Krankenhausen is not a word, it's Krankenhaus. Die Kranken - the sick and Haus = house so Krankenhaus = house of the sick

like Krankenschwester = sister of the sick nurse.

he probably just doesn't like americans and wants to disagree with you.

I've seen non native English speakers speak English on native level though, I just don't see it being possible for German, at least not for Anglos.

papillon*

prison*

That's wrong.
Correct would be
>Untersee

And if you meant submarine (the boat)
It's
>U-Boot
>Untersee-Boot

>pic related

...

I think I found the best one yet.

Thanks for the lesson. I suppose there was a comma between sick and nurse.

Usually we are lazy and cut corners to circumvent all to lenghty wordings, but very specific and factual terms get spoken without second thought.
Der Handtuchhalter ist abgebrochen!
(the towel-holder broke!)
Scheiß aufs Datenschutzgesetz!
(Shit be upon the data-protection-law)
Ach, da laufen wieder irgendwelche Wiederstandsbewegungen Amok
(Eh, some insurgent-movements are running amok again)

These are all examples of natural sounding longwords getting used, autism like "Verkehrsinfrastrukturfinanzierungsgesellschaft" only appears if you happen to be around bureaucrats or engineers.

>Brazil representing Portuguese and not Portugal

...

But the German word for market is Markt, it's even shorter than the English one.

My Granddad can. He was stationed in Munster after the war.

We improved the language, that's why :^)

How do you say "reasonable gun legislation" in your languages?

itt:
>let's invent German words and laugh about how silly they sound

And last one. Hope you enjoyed.

Legislación razonable para armas.

rimlig vapen lagstiftning

Probably; a lot of Germans share this sentiment
That's simply your perception bias though. 1. A lot more people learn English, and many from young ages, giving them advantages over the smaller number of anglos of which many dont learn a foreign language rigorously intil college. 2. Assuming youre not an anglo yourself, you are not a native speaker and thus many little things that would point out a non native speaker (which at least here in America people dont point out usually because who cares?) you yourself might not pickup. German isn't that difficult of a language desu

that's the eternal foreigner for you

pls stop bullying germans guys

Legislação armamentista razoável

What exactly is the problem here?

Uh...

>German isn't that difficult of a language desu
It is for Anglos to pronounce though because they are accustomed to their clusterfuck pronounciation that doesn't seem to follow any logic.

shitposting

Literally no one is

So why is it market and not grocery store for English on the picture .. oh I get it cause it's a meme

they don't sound like the other ones so it's silly

Okay, now this needs to be involved.

Tbf, my impression has always been that native English speakers have an especially hard time pronouncing German correctly compared to other people who learn it

English: The nigger cock
Spanish: El nigger cock
French: Le nigger cock
German: DER NEGERSCHWANZ

We don't use that word though

that's not bullying tho. It's just banter r-right?

Grocery is an Americanism. It's shopping if you aretalk about groceries, it's food market if you're talking about a grocery store.

Also wrong

Correct:
>Gericht

also wrong, i live rural and we have many apple orchards here. People call it
>Obstgarten (Mixed orchard)
>Äpfelgarten

I get the feeling you don't even use googletranslate but make stuff up.
German is beautiful, deal with it
