Its been 3 years and I love it, best decision ever. I noticed a lot of people struggling. The Reason for me was general health. Your immune system will love it. First 3 months are hell though, I recomend chicken stew, monster energy, chocolates and anything surgary in general.

honestly get a vape. it wont satisfy you at first because it only has nicotine while cigs have nic and MAOIs, but you can slowly ween off cigs and still get a nic buzz. way easier than quitting cold turkey and way healthier than still smoking.

I can stop for few days, but next day when I shoot my heroin habbit, i relapse and smoke again.

Assuming he sleeps no more than 6 hours a day. That leaves 18 hours to smoke 13x20 = 260 cigarettes. That's sucking a cigarette down every 4 minutes and 9 1/4 seconds, every wakig moment of every day.

You can find pretty decent vapes for under $40. I have a simple all in one device so it's not super complicated to use. As far as the juice, there are many websites that have reasonable prices.

I quit smoking 16 years ago. I tried to smoke a joint about 2 years ago.
I couldn't do it.

Quit 2 years ago. Smoked a pack a day for 2 years. Coughed up blood. Cold turkey'd on the couch shaking for 3 days. Never wanted to ever feel anything like that again. But you can't quit until you really want to. Just what I've learned. If any part of you still likes it it's practically impossible. It also never goes away. Every time I get trashed I want one and then I think about the detox days and I eat a piece of gum.

I work in an environment which encourages smoking. Hence why I asked about vaping options. If you don't work in that, quit now. If you do, try to start vaping instead or quit.

I saw a video on yt of an older guy who had smoked for 30+ years, a friend of his gave him a vape and challenged him to try it for 6 weeks, he did and quit smoking.

I went to my local vape shop (didn't even know that there was a local vape shop), bought one and gave my almost full pack to my uncle. That was a year ago, still haven't had another smoke and never will. Now when ever I'm near someone who smokes I want to puke from the smell.
