I think he is parallel to Jewish interests more than directly associated with them. He had a fucked up childhood that had him selling out Jews to Nazis for wealth and prestige and has no problems adapting to the changing culture.
My theory is that he fully understands wealth as power and likes to steer fate as much as he can with his skills.

He can talk shit, manipulate and stir up massive shit in these countries and come off looking like a good guy, even though it's just for his profit.
The guy is a vampire, sinks his fangs in weakened hosts and paralyzes the host country, it doesn't work all the time for him, he's sometimes chased out with stakes and pitchforks.
He even betrayed the state of Israel for profit a while back at some Opec oil conference, the right after his manipulation machine started speculating oil and we saw it run up to $140 a barrel from $60, then crash down to $40 and then right back up again. All the while he was buying and selling oil stock and talking from his usual shyster script which spreads chaos and misinformation so he can profit.
