Is the solution to the beta crisis where we have maybe a third of all males being virgins at 20, while the rest have had sex regularly since age of 14?
First we need to diagnose the cause of the problem.
The cause is that men have high sex drive while women are picky. This leads to women having sex with the top 20% while those too 20% have sex with 80% of all women. This is programmed female nature because it's how our nature was coded and it worked very well until we transitioned to civilisation.
