I do everything manually with an older release of Adobe Photoshop Express for Android. unlike the newer Adobe Android releases, it is actually tools and good layer implementation, and not just filters and auto tools.

and these are just quick selection masks I am doing. takes a little time since it's not just a button press, but I could spend far more time cleaning up if I wanted. more flexibility.
