It's not normalization, and it's not acceptance, it's just making sure it's no longer a taboo subject. Making it so people can come out as pedophiles and then mandating treatment isn't going to create more, it'll only cut into the amount of pedophiles, and deeply cut into the amount that act on their fantasies.

The only way to do this is to make it so people can come out as pedophiles, and seek treatment.
