I can listen to bands without sharing their view no problem. However I notice a trend to put shitty bands like Argholshit on a pedestal just because they "trigger the nu male". This is where ideology is clearly put over quality. "Look so edgy". Peste Noir and some Graveland stuff is something I can at least enjoy a little, even though the latter is pure kitsch most of the time.
