Take Queen, U2 and The Doors off the list and it's fine

>Beach Boys
>Below metallica

No, we obviously cannot

1. Blood on the Dancefloor
2. Blood on the Dancefloor
3. Blood on the Dancefloor
4. Blood on the Dancefloor
5. Blood on the Dancefloor
6. Blood on the Dancefloor
7. Blood on the Dancefloor
8. the Jason Aldean band
9. Blood on the Dancefloor
10. Blood on the Dancefloor
11. Blood on the Dancefloor
12. Blood on the Dancefloor
13. Slipknot
14. Blood on the Dancefloor
15. The Beatles

Pink Floyd should be at 2

That's actually a pretty respectable list for once

...

Disgusting

xdxdxdxdxdxdxdxdxdxdxdxdxd

this desu

London Calling is my all-time favorite album and even I know that The Clash don't deserve to be on that list.

Lol Dragonforce

fixed

Well known and popular bands indeed, but I can't agree with greatest of all time. If you set record sales and financial success as factor for the quality of music, then you may be right. But maybe I'm just frustrated by the fact that each band has like one or two major songs that get blasted through every radio station. Have a list of songs that have been played to death:

Stairway To Heaven (Radio Edit)
We Are The Champions
Don't Stop Me Now
Bohemian Rhapsody
Another Brick In The Wall
Satisfaction
Angie
Paint It Black
Whole Lotta Love
Nothing Else Matters
Enter Sandman
Sunday Bloody Sunday
In The Name Of Love
Creep
Child In Time
Light My Fire
Smells Like Teen Spirit
Blitzkrieg Bop
Paranoid
London Calling

Literally what's wrong with this list aside from the order? All the bands deserve to be there in terms of influence and relevance. Sorry your favourite bandcamp shitter didn't make the cut

>can we all agree

...

Completely subjective form of art.
If you want likeminded friends who agree with you Sup Forums is the wrong place, that being said I disagree with your list, just like everyone else

>U2
>Queen
I know this gets thrown around an awful lot, but you really actually might prefer reddit

I like DragonForce

I get why most people don't like them and those who do are mostly between 8 and 14, but I didn't know they were still popular enough to be mentioned in a cringy ragecomic in 2017. But on the other hand I didn't know le epic maymay ragecomics were still around...

Shit thread, let it sink bois

Even if you don't like these bands (I wouldn't consider myself a fan of either), how can you argue that they shouldn't be ranked among the best in terms of influence and recognition? Everyone sings Queen, go in any club and Bohemian Rhapsody is playing, We Are The Champions is fucking huge, as for U2, everyone knows them, they were fucking massive, nearly as big as The Beatles.

Also Reddit hates U2 you fucking donkey

>no AC/DC
Nah.

i dont see grateful dead listed

>Everyone sings Queen, go in any club and Bohemian Rhapsody is playing, We Are The Champions is fucking huge, as for U2, everyone knows them, they were fucking massive, nearly as big as The Beatles.

just because someone is famous and people sing their songs doesn't mean they're influential.
By that logic, madonna and britney pears are among the most important artists of all time.

>By that logic, madonna and britney pears are among the most important artists of all time.

They are.

I have a better list. It has too much theatricality for Sup Forums's mundane taste, though

1 - Gas
2 - Susumu Hirasawa
3 - Gorillaz
4 - Daft Punk
5 - David Bowie
6 - Akira Yamoaka
7 - Burzum
8 - Muse
9 - Angelo Badalamenti
10 - Vektroid
11 - Kavinsky
12 - Ladytron
13 - Deathstars
14 - Dimmu Borgir
15 - Tor Lundvall
16 - Ratatat
17 - Shpongle
18 - Nero's Day At Disneyland
19 - Low Roar
20 - Pendulum

"I wish I was born in the 80s!" the post.

>nearly as big as The Beatles
Are we talking about the same band here?

Only a handful of them even have an 80s aesthetic, though.

As compared to OP's "I wish I was born in the 60s!" post?

gotta be bait.... has to be bait... this is bait right...

>Removes the clash the beatles, and pink floyd
>keeps radiohead, Ramones, and the doors
what did he mean by this?

Everyone hates U2, I was talking about Queen

>muse over radiohead
>gorillaz over respectable and influential classics like the clash and beach boys

lurk moar, listen to more music newfriend

I'll rearrange the provided bands so that it's correct.

1. The Beatles
2. Queen
3. Pink Floyd
4. Ramones
5. Black Sabbath
6. The Who
7. Nirvana
8. The Beach Boys
9. The Clash
10. Radiohead
11. Metallica
12. U2
13. Led Zeppelin
14. The Rolling Stones
15. The Doors

Not as easy as you'd think, but I stand by this.

9gag dadrockers stop listening to radiohead after ok computer right

I've been here seven years. In those seven years, Radiohead has been and still is absolute trash. Even Primus and ICP are better than Radiohead.

Kek great bait

Haha, yeah, bait.

I recognise that list
youtu.be/v3BCYSTsyTg

shit that literally never happens

>caring for what was popular over what was good
People like you made that bastard Mozart venerated, instead of a laughingstock! May God in His Heaven strike his great wrath upon thy odious ilk!

>Radiohead
damn this board is so fucking shit

no we can't
>pic related is correct list.

That's some Sup Forums tier chart making. How do you expect to win with your players running in circles?

>tfw the 400m is literally just a big circle.

Bait
