Haven't slept more than 20-30 mins at a time all week Sup Forums. The fuck is up with me? I've been averaging 2-4 hours a day at most. Getting stressed as fuck and a bit paranoid, was fine a week ago, I never have trouble sleeping.
Can't afford a doctor at the moment as I literally just moved which drained my savings. What do? I've tried smoking a bowl, few shots, ambien (obviously not all together) hell even tried a fap marathon and blew 8 loads in a couple of hours. Still can't stay asleep.. How can I just relax and get some zzz's guys?

As someone who also suffers from some serious insomnia, music.
Soft tunes, long tracks, listen to them repeatedly while falling asleep. Effectively trained my brain to become sluggish and tired when I turn one specific song on. Additionally, consider saving up a little change for a bottle of, say, melatonin or benadryl. Might help just a little.
If physical exhaustion won't put you to sleep, then you need mental exhaustion. At this point, it's not your body that keeps going, it's your brain. That's the center of the issue, here.

For starters turn off your phone or computer or electronic devices that emit light. Blue light makes it hard to sleep.
Second do some excercise to tire yourself.
Third lay off the caffeine and massive amounts of sugar you probably cram down your face hole.
Finally do what insomnaianon suggested.

Try to maintain the same bed times 7 days a week. This is hard on weekends but it really helps get your body into a rythm.

what helps me is to drink a lot of caffeine in the morning. breathing exercises really help. meditation helps a ton, you say your mind is racing, meditation is practicing stopping that. the problem is you are thinking too much and meditation/breathing exercises focus on stopping that

I don't drink anything with caffeine at all, as for the other I have been trying and it gets me relaxed to the point I feel I can sleep, but then i either wake up 20-30 minutes later or lay there awake. I am getting incredibly tired finally though, so I might get a few hours soon.
