:^)

Are you a bot or a shill?

yes and being paid less is the only edge women have over white males in the job market. If the government forces companies to pay everyone equally then minorities and women lose their edge and employers will just pick white males for jobs every time.

As our society gets used to women and minorities doing the same jobs as white men, and doing it just as effectively, that wage gap will decrease on its own

If it was, it would be a great way for any business to save 30% on salaries, wouldn't you say?

The wage gap is just a meme. Let it die.

All posts in this thread are now shill posts unless they attach a picture of a banana.

No.

They just add up what everyone makes and then divide it and suprise when men make more when they are at the top end of the scale and also do not take into account life choices.

Yes, but ....

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a bit of a gap, to be perfectly honest.

Women literally never ask for raises, at least that's how it felt talking to coworkers. They also tend to be less aggressive in going after management positions or any kind of corporate advancement.

Our bulldyke feminist HR slug was always promoting men because women didn't even bother or they were young and ambitious, but grossly, dangerously under qualified for the positions they were applying for.

I hated the fuck out of her until I left and realized she was pretty decent at her job. She at least gave a fuck about doing it proper, not just promoting friends or whatever, not that I think she had many.
