Are you a bot or a shill?

yes and being paid less is the only edge women have over white males in the job market. If the government forces companies to pay everyone equally then minorities and women lose their edge and employers will just pick white males for jobs every time.

As our society gets used to women and minorities doing the same jobs as white men, and doing it just as effectively, that wage gap will decrease on its own

If it was, it would be a great way for any business to save 30% on salaries, wouldn't you say?

The wage gap is just a meme. Let it die.

All posts in this thread are now shill posts unless they attach a picture of a banana.

No.

They just add up what everyone makes and then divide it and suprise when men make more when they are at the top end of the scale and also do not take into account life choices.

Yes, but ....

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a bit of a gap, to be perfectly honest.

Women literally never ask for raises, at least that's how it felt talking to coworkers. They also tend to be less aggressive in going after management positions or any kind of corporate advancement.

Our bulldyke feminist HR slug was always promoting men because women didn't even bother or they were young and ambitious, but grossly, dangerously under qualified for the positions they were applying for.

I hated the fuck out of her until I left and realized she was pretty decent at her job. She at least gave a fuck about doing it proper, not just promoting friends or whatever, not that I think she had many.

>failing the banana test this hard

ISHYGDDT

Once upon a time there was a girl who didn't work, clean,or contribute whatsover.
A guy, on the other hand, lived to work twice as much, clean twice as much and contribute twice as much, to pay for the girl who didn't do any of those things.

>is the "Contribution to society" gap real?

grill

Thank you Milo

I don't think you understand the situation

Checked.

That banana is too bent, EU will not allow it.

Then why didn't you post a better banana?

Admiring your double dubs.

No.

The studies that have been largely quoted and the basis of the 77 for 100 or whatever the fuck they've been claiming has very little actual basis.

Only takes into account job titles, not prior experience, tenure, etc.

You're gonna make the same if you do as good a job.

I find it amusing how women simply can't believe in the democracy and equality they defend so much. They want it fair, yet, instead of improving they prefer to believe there's some sort of conspiracy where all men will simply hire less capable individuals to undermine women.

Now with the new government in Brazil, Michel Temer made all his ministers men. Of course, not even a day after, feminists and other left trash were complaining about the lack of women and some sort of gender opression, as if someone in a tight position like Temer would take risks not hiring the best available just to oppress women.

The most fantastic thing is how simple reasoning this is, yet they won't grasp it. It might just be that, in the end, it really is a mental disease. I wouldn't be surprised to find out these are just a mass of converging retards.

Absolutely

no, but the weight gap is

Yes, of course it is

Women don't work as hard, don't work as long, take time off for women things like pregnancy or periods, and all-around put out lower quality work than a man does.

So of course they get paid less than a man.

It's only in progressive industries that force you to pay equally to all workers, regardless of their merit, where you see equal pay between the sexes.

Realer than that bitches thigh gap.

Range ban Melbourne when?
And no, its just not real.

Once you take into account differing jobs, differing levels of experience (degrees, years of experience), number of hours worked, absenteeism, presenteeism , etc, there actually is still a wage gap

It's only a couple small percentage points though. And that's simply due to the fact that men are more assertive on average and boldly argue for higher salaries during the hiring process, while women are more likely to be sheepish and just take whatever the initial offer is.

But the notion of "men and women get paid slightly different amounts, therefore grand conspiracy against women" is absolute nonsense. I mean think about it. You'd need literally every company in the world to be in on this scheme. If a single company broke ranks, they'd pull ahead and edge out the competition by just hiring a bunch of women and saving a ton of money because they're only paying them 77% as much. It's ridiculous.

Yes it does. Female pornstars on average are paid a thousand dollars more than their male counterparts.
