This thread is for the discussion of the language, culture, travel, daily life, etc. of Japan. Let's tark at randam in Japanese and English. Take it easy!
Lads, I have a few questions: 1. I want to work in Japan. What kind of degree would give me the best possibility to find work? >please say IT 2. Do Japanese companies like to hire foreigners?
France can't leave EU that easily. It's written in their Constitution. NF doesn't have enough representatives to change it. National referendum is a possibility, but 66% of French people support EU.

If France is pro EU, why would they not let us vote again ?
>66% It's from a weblog and I don't know the source. Sorry. Nonetheless, your Constitutional Council can overturn the referendum result for the reason it's not backed by national assembly, no? >They issue the official results, they ensure proper conduct and fairness, and they see that campaign spending limits are adhered to. The Council is the supreme authority in these matters. The Council can declare an election to be invalid if improperly conducted, or if the elected candidate used illegal methods, or if he spent for his campaign over the legal limits.
