-Find zipper and unzip (should be middle of headboard, bottom of mattress)
-Take pic of internals.

Tell you this. We got a very nice mattress, no indents 30m after a nice sleep, and it is 2 years old. I can not feel my wife move at all and vice versa. Best money spent period
