This was one of my fav albums of 2015 so I had some hopes for their new album even though the singles were weak.

Maybe they're only aiming for the female crowd after kicking Soucy for "emotional abuse"

Haven't listened to it yet but this thought is depressing.

I'm one track in and it sounds like soyboy-core, Peripheral Vision sounded similar but there was at least some verve to it.

Yeah I played peripheral vision to death... it's such a good album with great songs.

This feels middling. Like it's lost the melody that made it all good in the first place.

I'm the dude who posted the Wild Nothing comparison... it seems pretty accurate right now that I'm listening and that's making me sad. And not the sad this music should be making me!

Looking at women enjoying music actually makes me think less of it, I didn't listen to Turnover for a while after this.

Good Nature appeals to no one.

That album was boring as fuck too. They used to make pretty good music with their first albums but yeah i saw them live playuing this album and i was half asleep.

You guys are acting as if Peripheral Vision was a saving grace in music. It was literally just generic Will Yip album #57 with twinkly guitars.

Turnover is mediocre in general.

Starts off with some nice tracks but seems to become really repetitive after track five. Overall pretty disappointed so far but that may change.

He's a sucky producer so of course it matters.
