What kinda exercise is it? If it's anything physical just go to sick call and tell them whatever our need to do this exercise is extremely bothersome and painful. They'll give a profile to anyone for anything it's not hard. The alternative to that is to suck it the fuck up and just do the exercise and not be a little bitch about it.
