I tried a shrink when I was in highschool about ten years ago and tried it again when about three years ago. Was on meds for a while but then they started forcing me to "voluntarily" have myself be locked up in a mental hospital. I stopped going and eventually they stopped calling. I'll take death by liver failure over confinement any day of the week. I work all week. I need to blow off steam in the weekends and there's no other way I can do it anymore. I don't have any friends anymore, not even online. Sometimes I think I'm going crazy.

I'm 22 and been drinking on weekends and that from around 16, between then and 19 i became a full blown alcoholic, I have managed to bounce from job to job just long enough to pick up some pay, I drink alone on the computer when I do drink and I don't drink the premium stuff either it's the 7.5% cider
I personally don't think it should be illegal but drinks that cater to alcoholics like 3 litres of cider that's 7.5% for only £2.50 should be banned or alcohol like that should be less assessable but that's just me and of course I don't blame my addiction on anything else than myself but strong, cheap, readily available booze can claw you down right to the bottom with amazing speed

I live in an area that has really bad drunk driving issues and it's beyond infuriating to see trash walk out of the local hard liquor store and immediately start downing the bottle while they are getting into the car.

I DO do something meaningful on weekdays, just not on weekends. I own my own house and have a stable job. I just don't have friends or love interests and most of the time don't want any.
