What does Sup Forums think of pocket knives? Do you carry one?

What does Sup Forums think of pocket knives? Do you carry one?

Yeah. I believe a knife is a tool before a weapon

Leatherman sidekick

I believe you are a tool
>nice dubs though

yep they are pretty useful. rn I carry a ontario rat2. solid folder.

I carry a multi-tool and have a use for it at least three or four times a week

Yep, comes in handy.

Yep

Gerber PARAFRAME I - TI-GREY, FINE EDGE

What gun is that?

West German SIG P226

Only really use it for camping tbh.

whats inside the cylinder key fob? medicine?

Nice, nigga.

is the sharpie for sticking in pooper when bored?

It's a vial of tritium gas, mildly radioactive and glows. Has a half life of around 12 years. Looks like glow in the dark but doesn't require light to charge, it's self-illuminating from radioactive decay

>carries mildly radioactive material in glass vial on keychain that most likely is normally carried in close proximity to dick
how's that goin for you?

the beta particles don't penetrate human skin, so my balls are alright...for now

good to hear
sounds like you have experience with hazmat materials/radioactive
job?

5 seconds on google would cure your ignorance.

cool. every think about painting that on your gun sights?

I cari a blade in my pokit sum time hAha

I use a tiny Gerber EVO as a workhorse

Knives are useful. I carry one. Here are some of mine.

Oh, yes, tritium is used a lot in pistol sights. But not as paint, the sights actually have vials of the gas capped with a sapphire crystal for clarity. My sig doesn't have trit night sights yet, but I'm planning on adding them sometime soon.

5 seconds of cropping your EDC shit out of the image would have cured you of people asking questions

I deal with some hazmat but mostly chemical stuff, not nuclear. I manage a bio lab.

...

that's like 4k worth of blades. jelly my dude

I'm a different guy.

are sebenzas really worth the money?

...

...

Bruh where the fuck you get this beauty at?

Thanks. It's an old photo too.

>panic
kek

oooh nice, microtech?

I assume it's your own unfinished handiwork, so I'll give it a pass.

Yes... But it's like asking if expensive wine is worth it. If you don't have the palette to appreciate it, there is far cheaper that'll do the job for you.

not even close. it's nicer than anything you own but that's cool man.

Not at fucking all. You can get waaaay better knives for the price.

>width
>grind
>handle

I mean, look at that shit.

Arizona Custom Knives, about eight years ago

Yes sir. Scarab black tactical with (obviously) a non-serrated tanto blade

Thanks fam, looks tight

A knife is useful. Two if you're asian. That many knives is just a hobby.

First it was knives. Then guns.
Now I'm into photography.

Hobbies are fucking expensive.

I have a Halo 3 that has the same basic blade, but my dick doesn't trust me to put in my pocket

Mine

Clearly this is an amateur made knife, but I'm not saying that's a problem. I was an amateur knife maker once. The big thing I really don't like is the squareness of handle's corners. That doesn't look comfortable. Handle contouring is just about the easiest thing for a knifemaker to do.

g2 pen

sweet

it was made by the owner of Bark River knives user.... he's world renowned... lol. nice post tho

is that an east German p226? from like 91ish? Jesus Christ das sexy

Maybe he made it for himself. The most comfortable knife I have is a folding razor knife that has just the right spacing for my knuckles, and it's squared off. I use it constantly...so much so, that it has been laundered more than I would have cared it to be. Just add blades though

this is mine, low profile.. love it

yes

west german, 1990 production. It's a sweet shooter.

Here's mine.

Mine, always liked purple.

Nice gas station knife

I have the gold one lol
fucking beautiful

is that a no.9? I posted my Opie but it's an 8 and yours looks slightly bigger. also stainless or carbon

ITT: wannabe survivalists

It's been a good little knife, one handed opening is helpful whrn cutting fishing line.

I live in a more rural area broseidon, there is no wannabe survivalism, just daily practical applications.
