i tried that but iam so hungry after a while that i go out and binge until i almost vomit. dont know why i get so hungry sometimes its not normal. i can eat 20k kalories in one sitting if i get those attacks

Get a personal trainer at a small gym or who works independently. (Training sessions at a corporate gym will be incredibly expensive and consist mostly of selling you more sessions and useless supplements.) Also get you primary care physician involved. The whole "exercise and diet doesn't work" thing in just something fat people who don't want to exercise and diet say. I got a job on the road and basically partied every night and sampled all the local beer wherever I went. I had a physique pretty much like yours before I got my shit together. I gained 70 pounds in about two years and now I've lost it and I've gone on to more advanced strength training. If you think cost is an issue try keeping an honest food diary of how much you spend on food, booze, pop, coffee, etc. and getting a trainer could be more affordable than you think.

Walk 45 minutes a night to start with, 45 minutes is fuck all but it'll do you good, overall goal is to burn more than you consume, but if you start doing the right things and seeing results it makes the next steps easier, once you're pleased with yourself over losing a few lbs walking every night you'll start to think about diet, swapping diet coke for water (diet coke is poison, believe me) is a good move, making a stir fry instead of ordering pizza maybe, further down the line you might buy some free weights and at some point within all this people will start commenting on your improving appearance which is a huge boost. Nothing is instant but because you're making small gradual changes it'll happen sooner than you realise.
The worst advice is going all in straight away, you'll quit within a month.
