Sup Forumsro's what would you consider American food? Do you think other people around the world are like "do you want to eat American tonight?"

Burgers and fries.
But ironically you can get better meat and buns in most of europe, and french and german people especially are the masters at making good fries.
So trademark american food is pretty much a small portion of already estabilished european food.
Makes sense considering the US started out as EU colonists anyway.

One can argue that BBQs are sort of an american thing, but again, in most of the EU you can get better quality meat and roast it up with whatever coating you want, making coatings and sauces doesn't exactly take rocket science or hard to find ingredients, most of "secret family recipe" sauces and coating for the meat US families use generally have importend ingredients to make them more unique.

To conclude i can't really think about something that could be classified as "american food" that you couldn't just make anywhere else, most likely with fresher and more secure ingredients due to better food products health regulations.

>Muh europoor quality!!!
Wrong, most of Europe isn't the quaint country side with bakers and farmers.

The best food in the world is served in the US period.
I've toured Europe, it's a dump.

Also Thanks Giving food is the most American food you can get.
Turkey, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberries, Stuffing, Corn Bread.

Microwaveable food is probably as American as you can get.

Freedom fries

BBQ, but Eurocucks will still get ass-blasted.

uk fag here....

stayed at a place before where they served an "american night"... was just pizza, burgers and fries...

...

Sounds suspiciously Euro. "American Night", where the hell did you stop at?

Just make whatever you want and double the portion size.

America is an amalgamation of different cultures.
Everyone came from another country and and some brought their traditional cuisine with them.

We have the best of everything.

some shitty hotel out in the middle of nowhere... think they were trying to make it more interesting... italian night was the same fucking pizza just with pasta on the side

>We have the best of everything

Europeans can and will literally eat dicks. Cajun food is fucking fantastic.
Also, America makes better mexican than the mexicans.

the most common potato used around the world are the spanish GMO potatos, also best oil to fry them is spanish olive oil.
