It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

I might go to the University-provided tutoring service instead of the Athletics Department one. It's just a job for during the semester so not a huge deal, but it's a nice ~$50 extra a week.

So Serpico loves Farnese, right? But they can't be together so he acts as a sworn protector. And now they're disbanding from our group of protagonists? I haven't payed too much attention in the last few chapters.

My interpretation is that Serpico has feelings for Farnese, but his devotion to protect her is deeper. I'm not sure how much Farnese has caught on, though.
Farnese wants to follow Guts and see how he lives life. She was heavily influenced by the church and had that illusion broken when Guts stood up against them and she became aware of the world of magic/spirits/etc. She was overtaken by a desire to learn more. Serpico doesn't trust Guts and doesn't want Farnese to follow him, but does it anyway out of his duty to support her. Serpico would like to kill Guts, or at least demonstrate that Guts shouldn't mess with him and not do anything harmful to Farnese. Guts doesn't really care one way or another, at this stage in the game. Eventually Serpico is more trusting of Guts and isn't looking to be at his throat, but he's still cautious to a degree.
Also, this is why Reviewbrah is the best youtuber. I recently got into watching his vids.

It hurts to read that user, I'm not trying to exclude anything, my only hope for these threads is for people tor read Berserk and enjoy doing so. For people to notice it, start reading a little and then get hooked into it and find something they really enjoy. That's what happened to me with the previous Daily Most Enjoyable Threads, and I wanted to continue it so more people could have the experience I did.
As far as I can remember, it's only been 2-3 chapters a night then just whatever casual conversation is left over afterwards continues on for a little bit before 404.
I post the same character out of habit and so it's easier for people to recognize which posts are mine.
Please understand, I'm not trying to force people away or anything, and I truly do want more people in the threads to read Berserk and get into it.

Only place I avatarfag, not like it's an excuse or rationalization though.
I always did it because it made me happy and was easy for people to recognize my posts. The character is also Berserk's author's favorite character, as well as mine, so it has a little bit of sentimental value and relevance to Berserk.
But if it's detracting people from enjoying the threads, it's worth considering stopping it.
